from the first phone call all the staff were helpful without being pushy. The sales guy was very knowledgeable and no hard sell, just gave us the advise we needed, and the best price he could possibly offer. The fitter was amazing worked so hard ,nothing too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.

The sales guy was nice and pleasant. The whole haggling about price is a pain and I felt we came away having spent to much. But we love the end result so can't complain too much. The surveyor was also nice and pleasant and measured and drew up plans without any problems. In hindsight we thought of a couple of improvements that he might have suggested but didn't. In fact our fitter mentioned the same things. We were very impressed with the fitter - very hard working and skilled. We were very happy with the end result and quality. Some parts were delivered incorrectly so the fitter couldn't finish during his initial visit. But it was easily arranged for the following week without too much disruption. I ended up taking excess wood up to the tip rather than waiting for a call back to arrange for collection.

Game to my flat to measure for a wardrobe They ruin my carpet and try to call and complaint to the person Who was responsible but he refuse to call back Stay away!!!

We were very happy with the service and workmanship from Sharps. Delivery of the goods where on time and the wardrobes finished on schedule. The wardrobes look amazing and finished our bedroom off very nicely! The Sharps fitter was a very clean, polite and efficient worker. I have already recommend Sharps to friends and family!

So happy with the service and the product after the first installation, I had two more bedrooms fitted with wardrobes. Each installation was planned as I required and carried out to a very high standard. I would highly recommend this company and their product to any one who asks.

Beautifully Fitted by very pleasant carpenter. I'm very pleased with the overall effect. We had difficulty getting the rubbish collected, which was eventually taken away after a week sitting outside our back door. The carpenter seemed to think that it was our responsibility to have it removed at our own expense. I would warn anybody of the disruption caused by having to completely empty a room, including orthopaedic beds, which two elderly people like us found very difficult to do. Beware of the very fine dust, it gets everywhere!

Brilliant planning and superb carpenter but planner did not know that an item ordered was no longer supplied. After numerous calls and 2 deliveries of the wrong item they finally returned the money for said item. No compensation for the hassle and time taken for hanging around for deliveries. Follow up not good enough.

Overall we were pleased with the result and generally speaking the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful, however there were three areas where our Sharps experience could have been improved. 1. We wanted fitted down lighters on the wardrobe. Put in on the design but removed by the surveyor because of the sloping ceiling. Yet the brochure p132 clearly shows just such an installation. Why illustrate an option that you cannot deliver on? 2. Our fitted wardrobe was delivered in many sections all carefully boxed and wrapped. At the end of the fitting we were informed that we had two choices. Dispose of the rubbish ourselves or phone a number given by the fitter to have all the rubbish collected. On phoning this number we were informed that pickup would take up to three working days And that all the rubbish had to be left in clear view at our front door. This was the case from Thursday until pick up the following week. Considering the cost of the installation rubbish removal should be effected on completion of installation. 3. We had a small problem with a handle on the wardrobe door. On phoning the direct line number we only got through to an answering machine with the promise of a call back. No call back occurred. This process was repeated the following day with the same result. When we queried this with our local Sharps representative she suggested we phone the switchboard rather than the direct line number and we got through successfully. Why not give the switchboard number instead of the direct line number as this seems to work?

I think my fitter was an angel in disguise because he was absolutely brilliant. I am so happy with my new study which was a difficult one for him. My cottage is old and all the walls are uneven, but he carved and chiselled to perfection. The whole procedure was easy and super efficient. I certainly shall recommend you to others.
