“The whole process of enquiry to fitting was easy. The products that we had fitted are excellent. Customer Service following installation was helpful and positive. Unfortunately, the designer, who has now left the company was not fully aware of his product leaving us slightly disappointed. However, Sharps was keen to facilitate a successful contract and provided appropriate hassle-free compensation. We would use Sharps again.”

“The calls made to Sharps were dealt with quickly and courteously. The first appointment was made and the salesman arrived on time and was polite and efficient. The plan drawn at this visit allowed us to visualize what we would end up with which was good. The price was negotiated down and arrangements were made to fit. The parts were delivered as agreed. the fitter was great and that he should be done in a day although Sharps had stated allow 2 days. However he did state that some parts were not required and that some were missing. He called the office and arrangements were made for them to be delivered the next day but the fitter then said that he had been booked into another job for the following day. Not happy but he sorted it so he could finish the job. He did a neat tidy job and left all the rubbish outside which was collected within a couple of days. Having filled the shelves etc we now feel that the shelves could have been designed round a protrusion in the wall a bit betted as there is now a small almost unusable space but we are very pleased with the overall job.”

“Im very happy with the final result of my bedroom furniture from Sharps. Joiners have been punctual, efficient and tidy. My only complaint wont apply to 75% of the country but because I live in the north of Scotland it can take weeks - months for the initial appointment to take place. To have only one person covering such a large area and the job geting started 6 months after first phone enquiry is a bit longer than Id expect. Still happy overall though. If you live central Scotland or rest of Uk I do recommend. Mrs E Guidi”

“The designer designed me a corner unit was happy with drawing,but surveyor came round and explained it wasnt going to work as the designer meauserd with double bed but mines a kingsize...after the drawing and meauserments were done again it was perfect .sharps gave me discount for the inconviniance.it was built in a day. 4 months on my doors not shuting but called sharps an there sending someone round. “An excellent all round job to fit the bedroom, high quality product and excellent fitter. Only disappointment was that when the bedroom was designed I specified one cupboard MUST house a camp bed. Although I was told this would be done, when it was finished and fitted the door sizes would not allow the bed to be housed. Perhaps the designer was too keen to get his commission on the job rather than make sure the customer requests were fulfilled. After saying that, the room is excellent and I'm pleased with what I have. Colin J Marsden, Dawlish, Devon”

“We are really pleased with the whole experience with Sharps, from the moment we walked into the show area to the finished job. We hadn't actually intended to go ahead with any work, however the quality of the furniture and the knowledge of the sales lady were just what we wanted so we asked for a visit from the designer. This was a truly lovely experience, the gentleman who called was very helpful with suggestions and planning our built in study furniture. We ordered our requirements, we were given an option of dates to suit our needs, these were met, the fitter was very neat and tidy and made a superb job. We are so very happy with our furniture and would recommend them to anyone.”

“Excellent design service - the brochure has a handy list at the back where you can make a note of what clothes, shoes etc you have to put in the wardrobe. This was really helpful when deciding on the overall layout of the wardrobes. The delivery and fitting service wasn't as efficient. It appears there was a lack of communication somewhere, however after several phone calls the dates for the delivery and installation were agreed. The installation was very quick and efficient -overall I am very happy with the quality of the wardrobes and they look great. Lynn McKinlay, Glasgow”

“Right from the start we were pleased with the service. We met 'Chris' in the Guildford Homebase Sharps Showroom. She gave us lots of useful information. We were reasonably pleased with the quotes we received and very pleased with the rooms we had done. Special mention must go to 'Lee' who fitted both rooms, he was EXCELLENT, quick, tidy, thorough and very polite. We would happily recommend Sharps. Edward and Sarah Rawlins, East Horsley, Surrey. “The initial consultation was good, the delivery men were great and the fitter was excellent and we now have a beautiful walk in wardobe which we are very very happy with. On a negative side, I was unimpressed with the surveyor sitting on my bed without asking first. Might seem a strange moan but I felt uncomfortable about it. Also we were left with so much surplus wood, about a 3rd of what was originally delivered that It has left me wondering if the amount that we paid was too much. Gill”

“Sharps have fitted wardrobes in both my main bedroom and spare bedroom, as well as constructing an understairs set of shelves. They did a great job. Would recommend them! Kerry”

“Good service, although initial planning visits were VERY lengthy !! Slight damage to internal bedroom door on delivery but this was quickly sorted out by Sharps/delivery company. Fitter was very professional and I am very pleased with the end result.”
