Finished product very pleased with workmanship excellent however did have problems initially with disagreement between surveyor who measured up and supplier (designer) who said it could not be installed ! Took a number of calls to sort and missed a number of appointments not impressed with internal communications and felt I wasn't kept in picture ! Finished product very happy with !

A very well made product and co-ordination regarding order and delivery pretty good except for the wrong handles being delivered. I found it very difficult getting rid of the waste however. M. Prentice.

Well made, well fitted, good finishing touches. A little disorganised with delivery dates and quite a complex process overall (separate designers, surveyors, delivery then fitting). D Gregory

Fitter was excellent neat, tidy and skilled. We did not know he was coming as date had not been set, luckily we were in. Planning was quick. We were actively discouraged from using credit at this stage

A bit on the pricey side, but the quality of the service and product make it worthwhile. We're more than happy with the fitted wardrobes installed in our bedroom and would recommend Sharps. Jason Smith

Fitter was professional & hard working. The job was carried out to a good standard with little disruption to our home. When the work was finish the Fitter cleared up all the mess he had made.

Once I decided what type of wardrobe I required, process itself was quicker than expected and all promised visits and timetables were adhered to. There are possibly cheaper wardrobe manufactures, but so far (after 3 months), we are happy with result.

Everyone I came into contact with was very polite and helpful. Everything was carried out quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the finished product. I had thought there would have been a follow up call a few days after the work was carried out to see if I was satisfied. Had there been, I would have expressed my delight in the work but also my disappointment that I was left to dispose of the rubbish. The room was left clean but after the workman had gone I discovered that he had left cardboard, packaging, off cuts of wood and black sacks of rubbish on my driveway. I had to arrange (and pay) to have it taken away. I thought that with the price paid to you, disposal of rubbish would have been included. It is something you might consider as part of your service in the future. Mrs S C Wright

Generally my experience with Sharps was Good. The Fitter was polite, tidy and very fast managing to complete within one day. The reason I didn't give this as Very good was nothing to do with the Fitter but the pre-sales service. It was only at the point of delivery that I realised there were no backs or sides to the wardrobes, this hadn't been explained to me previously - which would have been nice as all the pictures I looked at had backs. Also - everyone I spoke to expected me to give my card number and security details to the people that visited my house which is a huge security risk. It was only when I refused and phone Sharps that they said that they shouldn't be asking for them. Training needs to happen. But generally - I'm very pleased with my fitting although I did get a substantial discount and wouldn't have purchased at full price. Bryony Clark

An efficient and cooperative service. Salesman listened and responded to our wishes. Builder pleasant and very hard working. Finished product though expensive was as "it says on the box". JMI

we had a brilliant designer (Sue Sharpe) who created exactly what we wanted. Pleased with the result although the whole experience was rather marred by the fitter who making sexist comments. We are hoping eventually to get bedside tables to match.

We were disappointed that our original design was changed between the salesman's visit and the subsequent draughtsman's visit. We did not notice the discrepancy until the fitter had almost finished the job. However, he made a reasonable adjustment which we agreed to at the time but have since found rather difficult to use. We were pleased with the fitter, who worked extremely hard to finish the job in the time we requested, but I was extremely disappointed with his quite poor clean up. He used only a dustpan and brush when I consider that an industrial vacuum cleaner was essential. Despite the above comments we are very pleased with the finished product.

Had sharps design wardrobes in a loft conversion very good quality and has given us so much more space in a very limited area. The only negative was the fitter left the area untidy after he had finished and we had to do trips to the dump to get rid of it. But apart from that very happy with the product and the finish of the wardrobes.

I have several experiences with sharps and all positive in terms of quality of product, skill of carpenter installing and leadtime to get the work done. Sharps is not the cheapest in the market, but they sell you an end to end service for a piece of mind
