“The Shakes and the meal.bars are great I'm not over enamoured with the meals. Feel less bloated sugar is coming down but weight loss has been slow.”

“Everything would have received 5 stars, however, my favourite bars are very often out of stock. So although it's my problem, it just goes to show how popular they are!!”

“Tried a few Shake the Weight low carb 200 cal meals as I'm on a diabetes strict diet max 800 cals per day. Tried the apple and cinnamon porridge, its ok, but a slight after taste? Also tried the spaghetti bolognese and beef chilli noodles, both great. Lastly I tried the menon and white choc snack bars, which were lovely, very chewy. I am mainly ona shake based diet, so its just nice to have an almost "normal" meal again occasionally as a treat. These are helping me to lose weight and hopefully send my diabetes into remission. I will try some more of their low cal meals at some point, but I would highly recommend this company and its food products, Cheers.”

“Good easy meal supplement diet. I did the Cambridge many years ago which was successful but I found the shakes and soups after a while quite depressing. I'm a week into STW and losing a steady weight of 1lb per day having between 600 to 800 calories each day. Pros: very easy and cost effective compared to other brands. I actually like most of what I've tried so far, favourites have be: chicken curry noodles, beef noodles, chicken and vegetables, cheese and onion crips and chocolate shake. I also add in a little broccoli which bulks the dinners out. They are so easy to make, mostly just adding water and then microwave. It's also really nice actually eating and not just drinking shakes for meal replacements. I've had 2 deliveries so far, both by DPD and I had no issues, I have added some pictures. Cons: some of the meals do have an unusual texture but you do have to remember they are meal replacements not normal cooked food. The bars are nice with a coffee especially if you're used to protein bars. I do not like the bacon and cheese omelette at all, texture far too strange, and I have added a picture of this. Lastly, I've found adding in a little veg helps and having sugar free jelly as a dessert really helps.”

“Received the shakes promptly (next day delivery). Taste better than other shakes I've purchased over the counter. I've compared them to a shake that I used to purchase for many years before production was terminated and taste wise it's nearly there but not quite. However, I will be purchasing again as it's the nearest thing to my previous product purchase. To conclude I am happy with my purchase.”
