“Like the shakes but would prefer if they thickened after making like another brand I use. Great to be able to see all gluten free options together.”

“I'm worried about the short and long term impact of the artificial ingredients, sweeteners and sugars. VLCDs are notorious for being highly processed food so this is not intended to single out Shake That Weight. So that aside, customer service is amazing, price is okay (think a competitor is cheaper but price isn't everything), delivery is super quick, returns are easy and not had any issues with refunds. I have done two 8 week programmes and will probably do a final 4 or another 8. I have lost about a stone in 8 weeks and nearing normal BMI. The food tastes great. Variety is large considering it's packaged food and calories are restricted. I really have no complaints about this company and would recommend. I was offered some money off on future purchases by reviews.co.uk for a review using a video of myself, which I declined because the pay wasn't high enough to use my image in perpetuity, so I have not been paid for this review and it is a true account of my experience.”

“Ive only tried the meals so far and the chicken curry aswell as the chicken & bacon are my favorite - making it much easier to stay on a diet when you are enjoying the food! I have yet to try the shakes, noodles and bars Ive ordered but if they are of this quality and taste Im sure they will be lovely too. Only thing is that I did not recieve a shaker which Im sure i saw somewhere that it is included :-)”

“The buying process is easy online and I can pay with Klarna which is useful just before pay day. The products taste really good. The bars are satisfying and the shakes are thick and without lumps with just a few shakes. The products also don’t give me an unpredictable tummy like some other meal replacements I have tried. I like being able to access good quality meal replacement products without having to go through a rep or a ‘consultant’, that way, I can use it as I wish without feeling like I’m letting someone down.”

A low calorie diet is a potentially big change in your diet and therefore you may experience some side effects, such as: Headaches (take standard headache medication until they subside), Nausea, Lethargy, Menstrual irregularities, sweet smelling breath, constipation (try a laxative or fibre supplement).Side effects should ease after a short time. “Both breads a very acceptable alternative to bread. Not the same , but nice enough and much nicer than other low calorie breads I have tried . Cheese is good , though the slices tend to stick together and crumble when you separate them . A bit pricey and postage adds to the cost”

“I only use the bars but really like them and they do help with weight control...but disappointed that my crispy toffee ones are out of stock but quite like the trial crispy coffee bars”
