“Enjoyed some of my order. Im on keto and thought I could have items i ordered but they were not suitable, too carb heavy. Would of liked more crisp choices and maybe easy view on the ingredients.”

“i have the original porridge for breakfast made with water as only 140 calories! have every morning adding rasberies [lovely] then i have a sensible luch and dinner, consequently lost 4 stone in total ....word of advice consistency is the answer! and for me staying off the bread !...apart from toast with Sunday breakfast once target weight reached!”

“Ordered enough shakes for pretty much two weeks. Banana and Chocolate..Banana favourite so far.. being reasonably strict so far and reckon I will lose 3lbs first week without too much pain.. so successful so far. Thanks..”

“A variety of Shake that Weight products helped me lose weight and now I occasionally use it for a week to maintain that loss. It is palatable and very quick and easy to prepare. It would benefit my old eyesight if the prep instructions were not 'buried' in a mass of text and, of course, significantly easier to read. Otherwise, all good.”

“Well iv only just started it the first shake iv tried was the banana one that was nice and thick and creamy . When iv tried all the flavors I will make me mind up in a few weeks and let you know how I get on .”

“We have ordered a variety of replacement meal bars and have so far only tried a few and they do the trick. We aren't on a structured weight loss programme and these bars are used as a convenience when preparing meals isn't possible and the bars are a healthier option to snacking unhealthy processed items.”

“I love the lunch and dinner options but unfortunately the breakfast options are far too sweet. Even the omelette is sweet. However the soups and meals are quite tasty and surprisingly filling.”

“I ordered 6 of the individual sachets of shakes and so far loved them all. Tropical is my favourite so far, Great to have such a variety of flavours, but the price compared to the Slimfast tubs of shake powder means I will not be using them daily. I have also previously tried the meals which I really enjoyed, but got bored with the limited choices after a couple of months. More of a variety of different meals would be great.”
