“Service from shake that weight is really good . Added bonus with the Facebook page and people on hand to give advice . I personally don’t like the shakes which you add water too . But the ones you add milk to are really nice .”

“I have been using the products consistently for 3.5 weeks and I have lost over 10 pounds. I mostly manage the day without feeling overly hungry. Good variety of shake flavours, I love the dessert ones. I did initially start with a soups bundle but they weren't for me as I couldn't get behind the slight chalky sensation when eating. Also not a huge fan of the ready meals particularly the egg one which was awful. But I love the protein shakes. The only thing to add is that the Choc Hazelnut and Tropical flavours are consistently lumpy after mixing, I never encounter the issue with any other flavours except for those! Overall, would recommend the shakes and snacks for sure.”

“The product that I really really like is the mixed berry yoghurt but they sell out of it really quickly. They have changed the contents it now has a something like a rice crispy in it which is not as nice”

“I am a very fussy eater so I 2as surprised at the taste of the meals, only one complaint the bolognese is very bland hence the four stars. Add more garlic and spice”

“Products are great, not feeling hungry at all on 800 calorie plan. Ready meals are the best but some of the breakfast dry meals are not that filling. Ordering additional meals was a bit tricky on the website and had to start again twice but got there in the end. Initial weight loss has been rapid. 5kg in 5 days but that will probably slow down now.”

“I was very skeptical when I ordered but I will be honest and am so far quite impressed with the taste in these products. If I was to make a negative comment it would be the Chicken and Chirizo pouch has quite a few E numbers which is not good as part of a healthy diet but that’s easy rectified by not ordering that one again. I will definately be ordering again. Thumbs up 👍”

“Orders delivered quickly. Overall no complaints about the service. I am a vegetarian who prefers soups to shakes in the winter so would like to see more variety in that quarter. i am doing well so far on the diet and the mels are quite satisfying. However, I like a little less chewiness in my bars without any caramel or toffee-like substances, so one little hint is to not put them in the fridge (like I would do with normal chocolate). I do like the fact that my supplies are so much cheaper than Cambridge but I do understand that they support an army of support personnel.”
