“I have ordered before from STW and their service is still excellent. The shakes tastes lovely, not keen on some of the meals but over the soups and meals are of a high standard. They give you a choice of different meal plans to suit your own circumstances so it's pretty easy to follow. No fancy gimmicky stuff just simple to use and follow.”

“So far I’ve only trying the chocolate shakes. It has a lovely chocolatey flavour. It reminds me of chocolate cake batter when you lick the bowl as a child. It’s much cheaper than Cambridge too! Only negative was I felt it was wrong to charge £4.95 for postage of the taster products then put them in the box with the other products I paid for. That made me feel let down!!!”

“Been on it a long time of a on. The delivery. Be careful not to use the post office one. Did by mistake. Had to pay £2.99. When you can use free delivery. Next. Took 3 days. To get here. Other wise good.”

“I order 4 weeks worth for myself and for my partner. We have saved so much money by doing this programme (keto) and the weight is falling off daily!!! First three days is a shock to the system but plain sailing after!!”

“I am one week in and have to say, I am thrilled with the results. I’ve lost 7lb and even cheated a little. The milkshakes (strawberry and banana) are delicious, even with water and the meal replacements are so tasty and flavoursome, and really filling. I’m not keen on the porridge to be fair, it’s too much like baby food, but other than that, I can’t fault what I’ve had. Not tried everything yet, but I will definitely be placing another order. Delivery was a little slow, but under the circumstances with everything going on, it’s understandable. First lot took well over a week, but had a delivery turn up today within 3 days of placing order, so, can’t really complain”

“I am only 3 days in , and feel so much better have not weighed myself yet . But all I can say is the food is actully really nice and I’m not struggling at all , chocolate mint shake is my fave , I got 2 weeks but I plan on going for as long as I can to get rid of my weight ! I highly recommend”

“Five stars because ordering and delivery is so quick and easy with next day delivery. The choice of products is great and so far everything I have tried has been really tasty and suits me perfectly. The additional 4th meal is an added bonus and as a result I have found it incredibly easy to stick to. Already after only 4 days lost five pounds!”

“day two so far and I am finding it pretty ok! I have has a strawberry shake and a chocolate peanut bar so far today, meals are nice tasty and I feel satisfied, have just ordered two more weeks! looking forward to dropping the lbs”

“Didn't like the chocolate bar it tasted to much of coco, the porridge was to sweet and the consistency was like baby food. Still got to try the shake and curry noodles so hears hoping they taste better”
