“First order arrived the next day. The products are lovely and I'm enjoying trying different ones each day. The chocolate bars and the wafer snack bars could become a bit addictive for me lol. I have placed a second order. Fb support is good too.”

“I wasn’t expecting it to taste or be like normal food but I thought the food quality & taste would be so much better for the price. It is so expensive. The food tastes odd and the after taste is rank. The texture is just mush. It is not worth the money. I won’t be buying again. I wish I could return what I have”

“I was pleasantly surprised that the shakes ware thicker than expected. It helps a lot. I tried chocolate, strawberry, vanilla and banana flavouring so far. The first three are very good, banana is not bad but I bought it only out of curiosity because I am not fan of artificial banana flavouring in general so this wasn't a disappointment for me. I am sure other people will enjoy it. Chocolate porridge was a little bit more powder that chocolate in the taste area but the thickness of it helped a lot so it wasn't a problem. Will buy again because of the texture mostly and it's warm ;). In general very good experience. It's not "real" food but it works very well for me. I do recommend it :)”

“There is plenty of choice in both shakes and bars. Four meals rather than three which some do makes it so much easier. I am on day four and am finding it easy to maintain”

“I have tried another well known shake diet but found them powdery and didn’t taste very nice so made it difficult to stick to it. Shake that weight products are delicious and packed with flavour! Im so happy I chose these products. I’m only on day 2 but looking forward to trying all the different flavours. I had next day delivery and my products were delivered by 9am the next day. The only downfall is that it is expensive!!”

Thank you for your review. the ready meals are more expensive than the sachets so if you want to follow the plan in a more economical way, just choose from the sachet shakes, meals and soups. (we have soups at the moment for 50p with short bbf dates but these are not use by dates and are perfectly good to eat for at least 12 months past the bbf date.) The meal replacement bars cost more than the sachets but are also on offer at the moment.
