“After my first week, I've lost 7 pounds. I really enjoy the meal replacement packs, they taste lovely. I have tried similar diets before with 3 different companies but STW is by far the best, with a fantastic range of products. The delivery service is excellent.”

“I am currently in isolation due to my high risk status of contracting coronavirus. I have decided to use this time to lose my excess weight which is in some ways easier due to the lock down because there are no outside temptations such as eating out or pub visits! I have done similar diets before but Shake the Weight products are by far superior in taste and texture. The range of products is exceptional.”

“I was 93 kilos in May 2019 with ideal weight 78, distributed equally through my body, so nobody called me fat. I also work out 2 times per week. Still, I wanted a simple method and healthy to lose weight, but cheaper than Cambridge method. After searching and finding STW I feel very lucky. Approximately 2 months and 300 STW meals later, I went down to 80 kilos. Mind, that I ate exclusively 5 STW meals per day. It was the easiest diet of my life, after the first week, I didn't even think about normal food. From September 2019 I started eating normally, but SWT helped me stabilize my weight, between 76 and 82 kilos. Besides lunch and sometimes dinner, everything else (breakfast, snacks, etc) is STW. Today, after 40 days in quarantine for koronavirus, I am happy to see my scale at 80 kilos. To be honest, in the first 2 weeks it went up to 85, but STW helped me turn it around afterwards. I feel I am in control of my body weight now. Even if I gain weight, I know I can lose it easily. Its a dream come true. Please continue and don't let Brexit ruin your business with continental europe clients.”

“I tried the hazelnut shake first and wasn't sure about the smell but the taste was lovely and also the chocolate shake is lovely too. I am very happy with them and didn't get too many at first but will definitely be ordering quite a few more.”

“My order came but unfortunately, one of the flavours was wrong (first time ever, so this was very unusual). Give the situation in the country at the moment with many businesses short staff , I was thrilled that they rectified the problem immediately and within a matter of days my correct flavour was delivered. Super service by all .”
