“Most of the products taste lovely. There have been a few i didnt like but thats personal taste. I'm definitely losing weight which is great. I do think the microwave meals are to expensive for what they are compared to other microwave meals i have bought.”

“Packaging is good, products taste ok, im glad to see the Gluten Free options have expanded since I did a couple of months last year. I dont know the reason but for the first 2 weeks all products give me a really bad upset tummy!!”

“Quick and easy ordering with quick delivery. So far a I have liked all the products I have have tried and I have put in my second order. Only one negative is that I have commented on the support page but unless I search each time I do not see the page. No one seems to reply with no customer experiences on page unless I'm looking in the wrong place. Otherwise excellent. .”

“I am very pleased with the shakes I purchased. The consistency and flavour is far superior than others I have tried and leave me feeling full longer. In addition to this, some of them can be mixed with water and not milk. This reduces the calorific content but does not reduce the consistency one bit. The Vanilla is the best ever tried and the gingerbread surprisingly nice and a super change. However the Caramel beats the lot, and this is coming from someone who does not have a sweet tooth!! Really pleased.”

“I have only tried the beef stew it was acceptable, not very big which is why it helps weight loss, I have others to try, but I probably wont order anymore as its cheaper to just eat less of normal meals. thank you however for the meals i have bought.”

“I love the taste of all the shakes, they keep me satisfied. I mix some with oats and nuke in the microwave, leave to stand for a minute and beautiful smooth fulfilling flavour, that keeps my craving in check. I make the last one for the day a chocolate or mint chocolate nuked to warm, settles me in for a good night sleep. Others i mix dry with Greek yogurt. Delish.”

“TWO THINGS REALLY. FIRST WAS THE (IN MY OPINION) APPALLING BOOKLET WHICH ACCOMPANIED MY FIRST TRIAL ORDER. FOR SOMEONE FROM THE OLDER GENERATION THE SURFEIT OF YOUNG 20 AND 30 YEAR OLDS IS VERY OFF-PUTTING. ADDED TO THAT I MUST SAY THAT WHOEVER WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR CHOOSING A WHITE AND YELLOW PRINT AGAINST pale blue background NEEDS TO BE SHOT! I JUST COULD NOT EASILY READ IT AT ALL AND I GAVE UP AFTER STRUGGLING TO DETERMINE WHAT IT SAID IN THE FIRST SUCH PAGE. HAVING SAID THAT, I FOUND YOUR PRODUCTS THEMSELVES TO BE ACCEPTABLE. THE FAULT IN ALL THIS MAY WELL BE MINE, INASMUCH AS I WAS LOOKING FOR A 'STARTER' PRODUCT WHICH WOULD HELP WITH MY 'PRE-DIABETES' CONDITION WHEREAS YOUR PROFILE IS VERY MUCH AIMED AT THE YOUNG AND BEAUTIFUL GENERATION - THE HELL WITH THE REST.”

“I have often wanted to do a very low calorie diet but have anxiety and couldn’t face the stress of a weekly weigh in face to face. Neither could I afford it ! Shake the weight has given me a fantastic diet which really works, is delicious, manageable, affordable and stress free !! The online support group is amazing. Love it !”
