“I like the soups and most of he shakes most of the bars too, it's quick and easy only in day 4 though”

“Delicious shakes- love the Strawberry! And the Chic and Peanut meal replacement bar is tasty too and substantial. Mostly a bit sweet for my tastes but at the end if the day this is a meal replacement weight loss programme so Im not really expecting gourmet meals! Weight is falling away and I can already fit back into my current pair of jeans. They are comfortable again ( ie I can breathe!!) so making progress right away- its only middle of week one, and so looking forward to weigh in at the end of my week.”

“The snack bars are well crafted and took the hunger pangs away almost as soon as I ate it. Brilliant. The shakes could do with a shaker to shake them in, but I dare say that will come in time”

“I use the savory and sweet shakes for my low carb diet. I only make them with hot water and use an electric whisk for to not have lumps. Taste's fine.”
