“Received my order this morning, and first off, love the packaging and the price. Tried the Beef Noodles for lunch and they are very tasty. I like that the meals come just under 200 Kcals so I can easily do 4 meals a day and shed! :)”

“I’m on day three of TFR, the first two days were a little tough but I expected that as I have a lot of weight to lose (over 6 stone). I feel much better today and I must say the products taste amazing!! I did lipotrim years ago and there is no comparison this plan is way tastier and you are much fuller. Looking forward to my results”

“This is the first time I have tried the product. The shakes are really nice & I was pleasantly surprised. Iopted to do the 2 shakes & my own prepared meal. I found the information on the site limited to the plan ie what types of food I could eat (carbs no carbs) could I also snack on fruit etc or was it restricted to literally the shakes & one main meal?”

“It's tastes better than any other weight loss shake/bar... it's that simple plus it's a bonus that you can make it with water instead of milk. I wish it was slightly cheaper although it is as expensive as most”

“The products keep you full and they are tasty. I have 3 products a day and the pre made meal at night and it is great. The vanilla wafer bar is ok but does if you need something else. Overall great experience, preferred shake that Weight to Cambridge 1:1 plan”
