“I was kept up to date on my delivery and also told when it had arrived. I found the ordering a wee bit hard but once I did it for yhe 1st time I will no how to do it properly the nxt order”

“This is my 3rd week and have lost 13lbs really please. The £3.99 protein meals I was not keen on. But everything else really surprisingly tasty. Have just tried the zippers to snack on could only have a couple as just needed the savoury taste didn't need a whole bag.”

“I can't give 5 stars as I haven't tried all the products. The ones I tried are lovely. I had the chocolate peanut bar and the beef noodles. I tried the chocolate shake, don't want to say it isn't nice but I tried other brands that are tastier. One thing I can say, dont order the Carbonarra its gross!!! Made another order today with the things I liked and also a few other pasta dishes.”

“Happy to start the regime but have to admit I am disappointed that 2 items were missing from my order which means I do not now have the full 2 weeks supply of 4 products a day. I ordered 56 products intentionally but only had 54 in my parcel. I was refunded immediately, which is reassuring, but still means I am down 2 products for the 2 weeks unless I place another order.”

“I’ve only been doing this diet a week now. I struggled the first 2/3 days but now I really enjoy it and look forward to my milkshakes. I’ve also been adding a handful of ice to the milkshakes to make them nice and thick. I feel more and more motivated everyday!”

“Using the shakes and noodles I reached my target weight quickly but, being diabetic, I founf the sugar content of some of the items to be excessive.”

Thank you. The shakes actually contain less sugar than the ones used for the Newcastle university diet. It's mostly naturally occuring sugars not added so as a type 2 diabetic please don't be concerned.

“Got 4 xsamples to try as didn’t want to commit to large packs. Strawberry = very sweet, so won’t buy anymore. Banana = seemed really refreshing ( dont know how but it did) chocolate = I loved. Vanilla. - great. Will be ordering for me and hubby. Hopefully I can order ‘samples’ of some of the other flavours to.”

“The chocolate mint is delicious! But I'm not so keen on the gingerbread as it made me feel ill. All round good flavors though. Price is good for what u get. Haven't seen any results yet but will be sure to buy more”

“The order process was easy and I liked that you were able to choose the products that suited you. Delivery was as expected. This is Day 3 for me, so I can’t comment on weight loss just yet. Only negative would be: products require microwave to thicken up eg: porridge, noodles, rice etc so they’re not overly practical for travel/work”
