“Hi, my partner uses shake that weight every year before we go on holiday but I can’t join him as all you products contain lactose, so please can you look to introduce lactose free shakes as I’m sure I’m not the only one Thanks Sue.”

“I was pleasantly surprised by the Mexican Chicken Ready Meal. Some of the other products have an odd taste to them, I am assuming it's whatever is added to suppress the appetite. This meal, however, was definitely palatable, and I would purchase again.”

“First tastes of products: porridge, shakes, bars, veg soup have been pretty good. As I'm a pretty good cook I still like to have an evening meal 600 cals max and with the 3 meal replacements I'm managing not to eat anything excess and don't feel too hungry.”

“I don't feel hungry on the total meal replacement diet. I sometimes realise on the evening that I've only had 3 products that day. The meals are really tasty. There's a lot of curry flavours which get a bit repetitive but maybe it's just a useful flavouring for the product. I love the soups, bars, muesli and shakes.”

Thanks Anita, please ensure that your daily calorie intake is 600 calories minimum as below this is not healthy and could actually slow down your weight loss.

“Ive been on this 3 months as a total food replacement. Im gluten free and only 4 shake flavours are suitable for me as no gluten containing ingredients, (NOT suitable for celeacs I believe) Ive stuck with it and lost 3 stone so it goes to prove if you want it you'll do it. DPD delivery is rubbish so order well ahead or you will run out!! I think the service is first class and the facebook support page is brilliant and has helped me through. All in all its a well priced, good quality meal replacement plan and I love it.”

“Chocolate shake delicious, peanut and chocolate bar yummy, chocolate bar small no writing on the packaging but slip of paper in box explaing that tasted lovely. Only horrible thing was the cafe latte weak and thin.”

“I've used Lighter Life and Exante, and good products, so was wary of using yours, but tried via the 4 packs postage only medium, and was very pleased indeed. I found the shake delicious (chocolate), the porridge really good, but the Mushroom soup wasn't to my taste, and the Peanut Bar ok. All in all then, I'll be back and try some more flavours. Well done.”

Thank you for your review Lucy. I can't find any messages from you to our customer services so don't really understand your comment regarding this being non existent? Could you check your order confirmation please as you didn't select or pay for Saturday delivery which is why your order was delivered on Monday.
