“Great quality products, surprisingly tasty and really helped to kick start my weight loss journey. The bars are amazing for on the go and considering its a bar they actually fill me up along side a bottle of water. Really looking forward to trying more products. My favourite product has to be the chilli beef noodles. I add 2 chopped mushrooms and half of red chilli for some extra spice and texture.”

“My target was to lose approximately 1 stone. I lost 9lbs in my first week. Slow weight loss since, but my goodness what a difference in my clothes. A dress that was too tight to feel comfortable in, is now loose!!! Total loss in 3 weeks is 11lbs, I'm delighted. My only grumble is the fact that alot of products have been out of stock since I started. I'd really like to try these items.”

“Shakes are really tasty I love the cafe latte and hazelnut the best .but after trying the white chocolate musili bar and white chocolate lemon bar I've been enjoying these more as they seem to fill me for longer .I have been using them as a meal replacement for breakfast and lunch due to my work and have been having a meal in the evenings .I feel a lot healthier on these as I have problems with weight due to too many carbs .”

“First time using shake that weigh and so far so good . Order came within 2 days and shakes are very nice . My only issue is i though the shakes were going to be 200cals each but looking at the packets they are all over 200 for example the vanilla says 218 and by the time you add the milk it’s over 800 calories a day .”
