Asking me only a day after delivery is too soon. BUT YOU ASKED SO I WILL ANSWER.
So far I have only tried 3 ITEMS. Apple and Cinnamon PORRIDGE, Chicken soup and Tropical shake.
The soup and the shake were very good BUT to my surprise the porridge was disgusting. Sorry.
This was my favourite product from Lighter Life so I ordered more of that than anything else. VERY DISAPPOINTING. NO FLAVOUR. ODD TEXTURE. WOULD LIKE TO RETURN THE REMAINING PORRIDGE PACKS.
I have not yet tried the pastas or meals or bars.
