“This is a great set of products and I’m genuinely enjoying the variety and flavours. So far I’ve tried Soups Noodles Ready meals Shakes Bars Cereal I’m aiming for 800kcals a day but have more if I’m having one of the ready meals as they are typically 300+ Kcals (but that’s ok once or twice a week) I’ve got a lot to lose so will do this for more than three weeks. Ive lost 6lbs in 10 days. Ive tried all sorts and not lost even a pound in recent years. Top tips Add parsley to the soups/noodles/meals - it’s nice to have a bit of green! A loads more water to the noodles ( turns it into a noodle soup which is so much nicer as the texture is a bit gummy otherwise) Pepper is your friend, add it with wanton abandon if you need a little extra kick. Add extra water to the shakes, makes it a longer drink and gives you a more fluid milk shake. Order your own package so you can pick your favourites . My favourites are Muesli bar Banana milkshake Chicken and veg noodles Chicken soup Veg soup Chicken tikka with brown rice What would improve the buying experience? Ability to repeat a shopping basket if you just want to order the same again More items in stock (I really want to try the cherry Bakewell flavour but it’s always out of stock) Low salt options would be welcome pls Easier way to leave a review from the website. I’ve tried before and it was impossible to find a link. Overall, it’s working for me, I don’t have to think too much about food, it’s easy for my husband to make a meal/shake and get on with making food for himself too. I have enough energy to work and exercise (swim 4 times a week). Thanks Shake that Weight, I’m enjoying this journey so far.”

“This is the first time I've done a shake substitute so I was nervous about which to go for. The 21 selection box is fantastic. I had the banana one for lunch today and its delicious 😋 looking forward to trying the other flavours soon.”

“Easy to order, quick dispatch and delivery. The shakes are amazing and taste of the flavour. I like that you can order a taster pack to see which flavours you like. I use chocolate, banana and strawberry”

“Took longer than normal to arrive, but customer service did reply to me on a Sunday. There was a problem with their website which made me think they had not got my order. But I was told they had it.”

“Taste is OK for diet packet soup but that's to be expected for what they are.Quite expensive though. I think at that price it would would be a costly way to have an all liquid diet even for a month”

“Relatively new to plan, porridge is tasty as too most of the other meals. Omelette isn’t to my liking but probably because have my own chickens. Surprised how filling they are as look small portions once cooked. It’s working too 👍🏻”
