“Great to kick start weight loss. I lost 2 and a half kilos in just under two weeks. Not too keen on the main meals, spaghetti bolognaise , chicken noodles etc. so sticking to the only soup I like (cream of pea), bars and shakes. And having a very light meal in the evening. I’ll see how that goes.”

“I am only on day 3 and am enjoying it so far. I have a lot of weight to lose but wanted to do this for 6 weeks to give myself a push. I have lost 4lbs in 2 days so far! The hunger at the end of day 2 was HARD but I pushed through and woke up this morning feeling better. So far I have had the cafe latte shake, chocolate orange shake, chocolate shake and chocolate mint and also the porridge and the lemon bar and crispy chocolate bar too. The bars are bigger than I thought they would be and had a slight powdery taste but weren't unpleasant and the shakes taste SO much better with ice! The porridge I put some cinnamon in and was slightly bland but again was ok. Let's be honest, we don't do this diet for the yummy tasting food :-) Happy so far! - Can't wait to see my results at end of week 1!!!”

“Hadn’t bought this site in ages , wanted to see if they had anything new, and they did. I discovered they had a meal I hadn’t tried before (chicken noodles with vegetables), and vanilla and cocoa protein wafers. So, I thought I would give them a try. Loved them, about to buy more. The wafers go great with a cup of coffee.”
