“Shake That Weight are currently the best on the market for protein shakes. There’s only 2 factors that stop it getting a 5 star rating. 1. I find the shakes a bit expensive, even when buying nearly 200 at a time. 2. I would like to see a wider choice in flavours. Almost 52 weeks a year, Monday to Friday, I only consume 3 protein shakes and plenty of water. So only having 12 different flavours can get a bit boring.”

“I’m having trouble with all the sugar in the cereals and shakes. It’s making my heart race and making me feel awful. I do feel more full with the vitamins and minerals in the products, but I think with some items having a teaspoon or more of sugar, I will have to restrict what I eat with this, maybe just a protein bar for dinner so I am not hungry. I am glad it doesn’t have artificial sweeteners though as those are bad for you too (some say cause cancer, unknown for sucralose) and artificial sweeteners gave me gastritis at one point having a vitamin drink a day as they are proven to alter your gut flora in a bad way, and I know 1:1 does this, but perhaps a little less sugar in some items… the chocolate cereal I absolutely couldn’t handle as my heart was racing and I couldn’t wait for it to wear off. I can only guess it was sugar unless it has caffeine. A diet really shouldn’t include sugary things so I am going to try to eat mostly savoury now and try just one bar at night.”

“Chocolate, caramel and vanilla were okay. The rest had little to no flavour. The chocolate hazelnut one also had a very strong chemical taste to it. All but the caramel and vanilla one had bits in them even after virlgoursly shaking them. I wouldn't buy again, remind me of the exact shakes”

“Very quick delivery packaging in a hard sturdy box. Only been on the shakes for a day Taste lovely better with cold water. And getting my 2 litres of water a day Looking forward to putting in my next delivery”

“The meal replacement meals are lovely. I have just tried the Chicken Tikka and it’s very tasty. I love the banana and the strawberry milkshakes. The cost is reasonable too. Good variety of flavours.”

“I love Lemon & Orange Water Flavouring it is so refreshing. I drink it ever day. Of course I drink other drinks but this is the one I turn to most. Give it a try I recommend it.”

“I’ve only tried a couple of things so far but I’ve been very impressed with the flavour of the bars and shakes. I got the starter pack and there wasn’t one thing in the selection that I thought oh no not that so a very good selection.”

“What’s not to like about ‘STW’ ‘Use It n Loose It’ - You heard it hear first - inserts a warm smile You are in charge of everything. Work out your own goals, decide what STW product you want to drink/eat. I use products at 12 noon 3pm and 6pm. I drink plenty water If I feel like I need a cheeky wee gin I have it because I am-in charge of my diet I know we are all different and what works for me won’t work for another. That’s where you come in You decide what works for you Cos that’s what I have done Yes I rate STW because it works The Facebook STW Group is an added bonus for advice and support from those at STW and us users In April 2022 I lost just over 3 stone over a 12 week period. (I am unable to exercise). I have gained 1 and a 1/2 stone because I started old eating habits that I was aware were bad for me. Without hesitation I turn to STW because I know it works Here’s to fitting comfortably into my clothes again soon”
