“I love the bars, especially the lemon ones. The Tikka and brown rice is amazing, big chunks of chicken. I particularly like the banana and strawberry shakes. The recipes are very helpful. Delivery is always on time and the bonus is the reward points you get. I also got Blue light discount so an extra added bonus and a free shake with my last order.”

“Great products, however I reordered some chocolate orange shakes and they were horrible not sure if it was a bad batch or you have changed the recipe. I’m hoping it was a bad batch. Other than that great products.”

“Shakes not bad, meals tiny and disgusting, put the stew in the bin, just the smell made me feel sick! That’s one way to loose weight! Overpriced and below average. Feel like the only thing I have lost is my hard earned money. Would not recommend.”

“My wife was bored silly by the low carb diet and it was giving me earache. Surfed the interweb and saw your web page and thought it might shut her moaning up about being "sick of steak" --- and placed an initial order. All is now relatively peaceful in this part of Norfolk. For how long? Who cares. Any reprieve is good!”

“Delivery arrived early which I appreciated. Only a few days in but so far there's nothing I haven't enjoyed. The ready made meals are perfect as I work full time. 1st weigh in a couple of days but I already have bags more energy. 4 products a day is just right for me and as a woman of a certain age I'm giving the collagen a try. I save my lemon bar until the end of the day, a great motivation!”
