“I will give a 3 for the time as I have only been using these for one week. What I will mention though is I thought these would have been better for my diabetes than other brands but I’m finding my blood glucose levels are higher than what they where previously, I will give it some time though and do another review in a months time or so.”

“Only started the 5:2 plan this last week and every meal I have had I have been very pleasantly surprised how good they are. Makes it quite easy to do!! I have had the same kind of products from other companies and they have all tended to be watery and lacking in taste, completely the opposite with Shake That Weight and I can tell the weight is coming off already. Would like so see some good offers please. So far, so good 😊”

“The milkshakes are great - I make them up with oat milk. The snack bars cause a burning sensation in my mouth - I think I am allergic to the high soy content, so I need to switch to soy-free alternatives.”

“I love love the strawberry crunchy bars.. my absolute fave! And I like the Mexican taco meal.. and the beef chilli noodles.. yet to try a few other flavours from the meals ..over all iv found a few products I love.. I'm a repetitive eaten anyways so I don't mind liking only a few . :-)”

“Having reached an all time high on the scales, my GP firmly told me at the end of November 2023 that I had to get my weight off as I was getting dangerously obese. I have tried virtually every meal replacement diet on the market and came across Shake That Weight, who have turned out to be the absolute best. I actually look forward to my products. There is a big choice, they are filling, generous in size, taste excellent and you really don't feel deprived or on a diet. In 3 months, I have lost 2 and a half stone, much to the delight of my GP. I am perimenopausal and the weight loss at age 52 is different and slower but replacing conventional food with 4 products has been very easy and I have enjoyed it and every week I am still losing. The Customer Service is second to none, I have always received my order on the day I was expecting it, they use DPD which is perfect for me and they have a discount for health professionals, which I am able to benefit from every time as I am a Nurse. Great offers and sales come along too. Any small issue is dealt with immediately and they respond quickly to emails. It is commonplace for my order to be processed, packed, dispatched and received in under 24 hours, with tracking. I feel very confident I am going to get to my target weight, which will be an 8 stone loss. I cannot recommend the company highly enough, the behind the scenes team are superb and the products are the very best I have tried. Excellent value for money. I absolutely love Shake That Weight.”

“Shake the weight shakes are delicious & very satisfying. I feel full for hours after consuming one. I love the chocolate orange, Mint Chocolate, banana, strawberry, raspberry and white chocolate, Bakewell tart, salted caramel & hazelnut. The only one that I am not fussed on is cafe latte. However it is very difficult to get the chocolate orange flavour. I would recommend these shakes to everyone. I am very pleased that they are available online and they are handy as meal replacements. What I would like to see is more vouchers for money off your order.”

“I’m 2 weeks into my 800 diet to put Diabetes into remission. I’m impressed with the choice of flavours on offer including dairy free ones. I have tried shakes, soups, and a few meals and have loved them all. Really surprised with how much energy I have and not being hungry. Definitely would recommend.”

“I have only had the crispy strawberry and the chocolate coconut bars but both are delicious. With lots of water I am replacing breakfast and lunch and then eating a meal in the evening. I have only been doing this for 3 days so cannot comment on weight loss results but will definatley be recommending the bars.”

“I switched to Shake That Weight after previously using Exante and being disappointed with the texture and flavour. STW's food has been brilliant in my opinion. The texture is natural and grit-free, something which I disliked with Exante. The shakes and noodles taste like real food and don't have an unpleasant chemical aftertaste. Definitely recommend!”
