“Products are really good, easy to follow plan and to make up shakes and meals. Not found any I don't like. And not hungry on shake that weight. Keep bars as a emergency in case I'm out and can't make pkts up.”

“This is my first time trying these shakes I really wasn't sure if they were going to be for me or not , but I love them my favorite is strawberry an iced latte absolute game changer i've only been using them for a week an i've lost 3lb an im not bloated anymore , even made my second order too 😊”

“Mostly good tastes but watch the timings. I had 3 dishes. The packate stating microwave for minutes stir and another 3 minutes. Lost meal and mess all over the microwave”

“I have purchased 4 weeks worth of the meal replacement shakes. I ordered the Cherry Bakewell and the Mint Chocolate as it says they can be mixed with water. The Cherry Bakewell are as described but the Mint Choc shakes I have received have got to be mixed with milk, which I don't drink. This is disappointing, as I can't use them. The Cherry Bakewell are very almond(y) and pleasant to drink. The shakes were boxed well and delivered on time. I am on day three and feel quite energised so far.”

“Lov shake that weight especially the choc Muslie and soup although the price of delivery and the packages hav got very expensive which I’m disapointed in as these work well with my bowel after cancer but as the prices r rising I’m not getting enough packets keep running out before delivered messes the diet up”
