“I only use the main meals. But these are really tastey and a good sized portion. I find they fill me up if I add a few peas etc. I would highly recommend them as a product to help with weight loss! I have so far lost 23 lbs.”

“Too early to say whether it is working for me yet. I like the shakes, not overly keen on the reconstituted meals if I’m honest, but the bars are not bad. A bit on the pricey side but I may review this when I see some results.”

“I have previously bought another brand, that is no longer available, so tried Shake that Weight. I liked the bars (although I found them a tad to sweet) I am not keen on having to buy milk to make the porridge and shakes. I am not sure I like the texture of the shakes Porridge was ok, but I dont have a microwave, so would prefer them to be in pots that you just add boiling water to.”
