“I have been buying Shake that Weight products for some time now and they have certainly become part of my life by helping me with occasional weight loss and allowing me time away from the cooker ! To be honest, I prefer to cook from scratch with fresh ingredients but I'm also a busy person so, not wishing to resort to quickly cooked junk food, I buy Shake That Weight meals. The other reason, of course, is that, despite being a healthy eater, I frequently eat too much and the pounds start to go on !!! They're is no doubt that a spell on STW meals removes this excess weight quickly. Clearly, STW food is not equal to that of a good restaurant - but, then, they don't pretend to be; but they ARE delicious in their own way and, actually, very "moreish" (well, I could always eat two of them - but that would be defeating the object, so I resist !) I have no doubt that I shall go on like this and enjoy the best of both worlds - eating both freshly made meals AND Shake That Weight meals. They fit my lifestyle perfectly. Because the price is so reasonable, they need no refrigeration nor freezing, they have a long shelf-life, are delivered very quickly - in addition to their delicious flavours, I don't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you Shake That Weight team !”

“I ordered a mixture of meals and shakes to try them out. It’s quite expensive and acceptability is highly subjective down to personal tastes. On the whole the quality seems pretty good.”

“Limited vegan options when the vast majority if not all items could be made vegan. The cherry bakewell shake tasted barely edible and not like cherry bakewell, I did love the protein bbq snacks, and the grissini was okay. The coffee meal bars were not great and triggered my ibs, the salted caramel ones were much better and would buy again. I’d like to be able to diet ethically and in accordance with my dietary restrictions so more products without IBS triggers would be great including gluten free. Low histamine options would be great too although I understand how difficult it is, more companies are taking allergies, ethics and intolerances into consideration nowadays which is a big win for people like me who care about health, the environment and integrity.”

“Having used ' Shake that Weight ' to loose 20lbs at the end of last year I am now using it to help me maintain my weight . I am of course using it in cojuction with a balanced eating programme monitored by the boss ( my wife }. I took this course of action as suggested by my GP since I am type 2 diabetic. The results so far are a reduction in blood pressure and a return to nomal for my kidney function. Thank You Shake that Weight !!! Tony ( 84yrs and still ticking !!! )”

“The shakes are ok, I only like the ones you add milk to. The other ones have a weird grainy texture that doesn’t go away if you add milk instead of water. The lemon cheesecake flavour is soo good, I just wish it wasn’t grainy and had the add milk formula. I’ve thrown away all of my add water ones which is a waste of money. Just stick to the add milk ones… delicious x”

“Most of the products I have tried have really nice flavours and are not too synthetic tasting. The delivery service is excellent. My only problem is the website as I find it really hard to find my way around the different bundles on offer, as purchasing individual items is not good value for money.”

“Tasty healthy smooth textured protein shakes. I blend mine with ice and water to lower the calories intake and I have this for lunch as part of my diet. Weight loss can and is achieved! Can be used as a control to over eating.”
