“Fast delivery, mixed well, stabilised my blood sugars, wasn't hungry for a few hours but really disappointed with flavour, I had cherry bakewell & I'd never had guessed if I'd been blind tasting.”

“Great choice of meals, I opted for two types of porridge, three flavours of soup, the risotto and two types of noodles, three pouch meals and a variety of bars (I have a small piece of one of the bars after my lunchtime soup and the remainder after my evening meal). Everything that I have eaten has been very tasty although I will add a little seasoning to the risotto next time I have that. The delivery was very swift and when I discovered on checking my order that it was short by two bars this was rectified quickly. I have only been using Shake That Weight for five days but my scales are showing that I have lost three pounds and I can honestly say that I have not felt hungry at all. A good start I feel. I did buy the patches, but did not find they stuck very well.”
