“I found the ordering process very frustrating and unnecessarily complicated. The grouped options are too many but none actually hit the mark for me. Customising my order, and selecting items individually was quite costly and it took me two days od repeated attempts because items kept disappearing from my basket, forcing me to start over. Sometimes products wouldn’t even show in the basket, with no clear explanation why. I was desperate for products otherwise I would have given up. I did give up so many times hence 2 days. Delivery is advertised as free, but in reality, the “free” option still takes 3–4 days, so you end up paying if you want a reasonable delivery speed. I also had a missing item in my order, and despite reporting it, on the day of delivery 1 week ago, I’ve had no response so far. Overall, the lack of a smooth ordering system, missing order on first purchase and app weight log not working has left me disappointed. That said, some of the products I have tried so far are nice. However, the Banana shake from Cambridge diet was my fav so I bought a lot with STW thinking it would be same. It is not. I didn’t like it at all.”

“I've been using shake the weight for a while now prevoulsy subscribed to a competitor . STW do have more of a variety however the cost more pricey. I spend between £50 - £100 on orders this allows you free delivery but the points rewards could be more rewarding so we get more for the pounds we spend enabling customers to give back more to STW on our next order.”

“Love your food but find your website really annoying with all the pop ups and when trying to make pouch meals choices a big counter bar cover a big part of the selection menu. Did actually give up on my first attempt to place an order but needed more food 😂”

“My husband and I love the flavours. Our favourite is the mint chocolate. I don't eat breakfast but I have a protein shake around 10 and that keeps me going till I have my lunch.”

“I am very satisfied with your products. I gave 4 stars only because I think the choice of shakes has reduced since I started purchasing for you two questions : why cant I use my NHS discount and my loyalty points .... as soon as I upload one, the other disappears also what's the point of having packs of 10 bars listed as well as singles, when there's no discounted price for buying 10 at a time”

“So far I have had 1 pea soup, ok but can’t imagine using these shakes for 8 weeks. I’ve also had 1 strawberry shake which I found unpleasantly sweet and very chemical tasting. Don’t think this for me. The peanut chocolate bars are quite pleasant but a whole one is too much. I shall use them cut up for snacking.”
