“I am on day 5 of my 800 plan and am really enjoying the food The chocolate porridge is my breakfast fave. The milkshake's are so thick, creamy and tasty. I love the lemon cheesecake one the most. It fits in easy with my work I really didn't expect the food to taste as good as it does Highly recommend 4lb down already :-)”

“I really like most of the shake the weight products. The new curry sauce an rice is really nice after first tome trying it. The bars are nice and convenient annd the shakes that u can mix with water are really helpful. Defo recommend”

“Great range of products, not too costly. I like nearly all of them. The only one I will not get again is the mushroom risotto which I thought tasted odd.”

“From the start I've been impressed by S.T.W. Ordering is easy and delivery is speedy. I love the shakes particularly the ones made with milk. They are flavourful and filling. I've lost 1 1/2 st so far and when I reach my target weight I'll continue to use my favourite flavours for maintenance. Highly recommended 👌”

“I’ve used a couple of the top rated diets ie: Cambridge 1:1 and Exante ( now discontinued ) had been looking for a long time for something like the 1:1 but with the bonus of not having to see a consultant before the products being available. These products are very effective for quick weight loss, balancing calories, especially as I work from home and I know I have a healthy go to - I love the bars and meals, I like to feel like I’m eating .. highly recommend this diet - tasty and extremely effective!! 5 star”
