“Great tasting shakes. Good pricing in comparison to Cambridge/lighter life etc. Can do the same type of plan without having to see a coach every week so less time consuming. Quick delivery also.”

“Good products but delivery is a little bit slow. Also I ordered Caramel shakes from under the 'gluten free' section on the website and when they arrived they have gluten in them - can it be made so these are not coming up when someone clicks on 'gluten free' on the website please?!”

“I’m really glad I chose this diet, it takes all the stress out of planning and meal prepping and having been on it for 10 days I’ve lost 8.5lbs so far which spurs me on. I chose a variety of products - loving the chocolate and mint shakes, the chocolate caramel muesli, the spaghetti bolognese and all the bars so lots of choice. Not a fan of the risotto, the omelette or the carbonara but the rest I’ve tried so far are palatable. Will definitely order again.”

“I ordered a range of shakes, bars and savoury meals and started using them 5 days ago so I haven’t tried them all yet. So far I’ve lost 8lbs so that’s great, however, I’m not that keen on the taste. The strawberry and banana shakes are fine, the bars are good and the chicken soup is ok but the savoury meals are awful. The carbonara and mushroom risotto are vile so I’m reluctant to try the other meals I’ve bought. I think it’ll probably be a waste of money as I’ll end up binning the savoury meals.”

“I had the starter pack it was all really nice. The only issue was the omelette which you had to fry not so convenient for a work lunch. I was sceptical but they do keep you full even the soups. Much nicer than slim fast that I had tried previously.”

“The buying process is easy online and I can pay with Klarna which is useful just before pay day. The products taste really good. The bars are satisfying and the shakes are thick and without lumps with just a few shakes. The products also don’t give me an unpredictable tummy like some other meal replacements I have tried. I like being able to access good quality meal replacement products without having to go through a rep or a ‘consultant’, that way, I can use it as I wish without feeling like I’m letting someone down.”

“Website was a little confusing to use. I found an offer via social media but when I went back to the website later couldn't find the same offer. Some of the packs had leaked during transit. Would be better if there was an email sent when the parcel was dispatched, instead of it just randomly arriving. All my items do have a good shelf life so that's a positive.”
