“Its ok, just very sweet for my tastes. One major issue is with the packaging, more specifically the writing. It is unfeasably small, and next to impossibel to read. This needs adjustment”

“I am very disappointed that the Tomato Soup has been discontinued. I would have given 5 stars, but sadly I am now looking to try other brands . The Tomato soup was one of my main go to products. I know I will not be able to remain on this diet without it.”

A low calorie diet is a potentially big change in your diet and therefore you may experience some side effects, such as: Headaches (take standard headache medication until they subside), Nausea, Lethargy, Menstrual irregularities, sweet smelling breath, constipation (try a laxative or fibre supplement).Side effects should ease after a short time. If they persist, seek advice from your doctor. If you have any specific suggestions or feedback, we would love to hear more about it. “The delivery was quick and easy - no problems at all. Sadly the Shakes are not to my taste but that is a personal thing and no reflection on the company - we all have different tastes after all. The chocolate shake was quite nice but I did not get on with the other flavours.”

“I have only been on this a week but the shakes, bars and meals are enjoyable. I mix the shakes with 0% Greek yoghurt in place of skimmed milk sometimes. This makes for an extra filling breakfast. A spoonful on the curry noodles is also good. Overall a positive experience so far.”

“So far, I have enjoyed most of the flavors, texture, and presentation. There are a few 'odd' flavors I disliked but that's an individual issue. Great variety. The bars have been tasty and filling. Good value.”

“I bought four sachets of replacement meals, spaghetti bolognese. I cooked the product in the microwave as instructed. and i really liked it I will be ordering a lot more.Totally pleased with the product.”
