“This is an easy and so convenient way to enter into weight loss. It takes away the confusion of what to eat and what not to eat. The Meal and shakes are tasty and so quick and easy. I am starting to get my hunger under control and can already feel the weight coming off and a sense of wellness. I love the fact that I can make my own choices of shakes and meals . I am hoping to make my way through to reaching my goal weight and the use the Meal replacement bars as Maintenance as I love them. Guilt free chocolate meal replacement bars! Whats not to like 😀”

“Ive only tried the meals so far and the chicken curry aswell as the chicken & bacon are my favorite - making it much easier to stay on a diet when you are enjoying the food! I have yet to try the shakes, noodles and bars Ive ordered but if they are of this quality and taste Im sure they will be lovely too. Only thing is that I did not recieve a shaker which Im sure i saw somewhere that it is included :-)”

“I'm enjoying the diet plan but am taking 2 days off each week as im looking at long term use, my son is using the shakes at work also. We both enjoy the flavours of the shakes, soups and meal replacement bars. I am about to make the pea soup recipe from your app for tonight's meal, hope its nice.”

“The products are tasty and good value for money abd can arrange pick up points. Delivery was fast and efficient and have lost 7lbs in 10 days. Staff are very helpful and will talk through any queries. Also after achieving your goal weight a maintenance programme will be advised to keep the weight stable.”

“Great tasting shakes. Good pricing in comparison to Cambridge/lighter life etc. Can do the same type of plan without having to see a coach every week so less time consuming. Quick delivery also.”
