“I really give poor reviews very reluctantly, but to be honest sometimes it’s more constructive than not giving a review at all, which is the alternative. So why only 2 stars:the first packet I opened; a beef casserole with sweet potatoes etc had two tiny pieces of beef, each smaller than an OXO cube with a large lump of rubbery gristle/ cartilage and about half a small teacup of stew. To be fair I contacted them and sent them a pic showing all the above with a ruler proving that was I said was accurate and they refunded £4.25. The second packet I opened was, I think a chicken curry with brown rice. It had one piece of chicken and the rice did not resemble any brown rice I’ve ever seen but looked identical to the long grained white rice I added because the portion in the packet was again about a half to two thirds the size of a small teacup. I don’t know if these meals are meant to be as small as they are and neither of the two I’ve eaten have had much flavour. Whoever is producing them for the company is working at the cheapest end of the market…..which is a shame cos the folk I’ve been in contact with at Shake That Weight seem a really nice bunch. But I can’t give more than 2 Stars.”

“This is a amazing diet THAT WORKS, You have plenty of choice of great tasting ready made meals, Shakes, Soups, Snacks. There is a great app u can download off your App Store, You can manage all your orders, Your weight journey and every aspect of your diet. This diet is very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this diet and good luck on your weight loss journey. Steve Harwood”

“I'm worried about the short and long term impact of the artificial ingredients, sweeteners and sugars. VLCDs are notorious for being highly processed food so this is not intended to single out Shake That Weight. So that aside, customer service is amazing, price is okay (think a competitor is cheaper but price isn't everything), delivery is super quick, returns are easy and not had any issues with refunds. I have done two 8 week programmes and will probably do a final 4 or another 8. I have lost about a stone in 8 weeks and nearing normal BMI. The food tastes great. Variety is large considering it's packaged food and calories are restricted. I really have no complaints about this company and would recommend. I was offered some money off on future purchases by reviews.co.uk for a review using a video of myself, which I declined because the pay wasn't high enough to use my image in perpetuity, so I have not been paid for this review and it is a true account of my experience.”

“The shakes are great and there’s so much you can do with them. Use the cafe latte with boiling water to have a coffee. I partially freeze the strawberry to have a sort of ice cream. The caramel is great blended with ice to make a nice flavour think shake. You can be very creative. I use these alongside mounjaro.”

“I bought two (to try) of Strawberry, Chocolate and Banana as a meal supplement rather than a weight loss aid, so I can't comment on that aspect. Took ages to find a shake that didn't have artificial sweetener in. I'm happy to have a little sugar included rather than that horrible aftertaste that sweeteners give. I've ordered more.....these taste really good, and are surprisingly filling. I'd recommend that you give them a try.”
