“I really like the fact the shakes, meals and snacks take away any calorie counting and food planning effort. Other than the task of choosing what to have, it’s very easy! The only downside is that options are v limited for those with common intolerances or allergies eg gluten and dairy, which does make the diet a bit boring and more challenging to stick to without a variety of meal and snack replacements to choose from.”

“I only use the bars but really like them and they do help with weight control...but disappointed that my crispy toffee ones are out of stock but quite like the trial crispy coffee bars”

“I started on the 5th March and have already lost 12lbs. So as you can imagine I'm extremely happy. I did a similar diet (lighter Life) almost 12 yrs ago and did very well. But back then the meals and shakes weren't as nice. The flavours have improved so much.”

“These shakes are so synthetic, none of them taste like they are supposed to and all taste of chemicals. I have had much better shakes from other manufacturers and I wont be ordering Shake that weight again.”

“I thought the entire range was free of artificial sweeteners. I ordered a two week bundle and discovered a number of shakes I had bought contained sweeteners which I cannot tolerate due to IBS. I've had to bin them.”
