“I couldn't get on with the snacks but im a very fussy eater. However i love the shakes i servewith some ice and they are delicious. In one week i lost 16lbs really easy to stick to and not feeling hungry. Already recommended to a friend”

“I have used shake that weight in the past and lost alot of weight. Easier to follow and not having to worry about what to eat is great. I mostly use the shakes and bars and the favours are lovely and filling. Would definitely recommend.”

“I only ordered a week's pack to test, but so far I've liked everything I've tried. Hard to pick out a favourite, to be honest, but for breakfast I really like the chocolate muesli. Honestly, not had a bad option yet.”

“I actually havnt recieved my products yet, they should of arrived 2 days ago and not arrived, I'm not very happy about it.. Would like to be refunded as I paid extra for 24 hour track”
