“Disappointed as this is my second £300 order and 20 bars are missing, phone and spoke with a lady who was to busy and said that they would call me back, still waiting for the call back, called at around 11am and now 6pm on a Friday. On a good note the bars are tasty and are helping me lose weight.”

“Products are all really flavoursome, and my word....this diet really does work! No...its not easy...especially first few days, but once your mindset is right to persist, the weight literally drops off! I even went back to 'normal' eating after a stressful time....but only put back a third of what I lost! Back on plan again now from this week!”

“Since starting to use the products on 27th February I can honestly say I have not felt hungry and I have lost 18lbs. I have a lot to lose and I know that this will slow down but its a hell of a kick start! The shakes are flavourful, blend well (I use water) and are creamy. The variety of flavours is great. The range of other products also helps to prevent boredom.”

“I used this product after my last pregnancy and am now using it again to shift the baby weight. I find it easy to follow and it keeps you full. My only disappointment this time is that the bbq zippers have changed slightly, they are still lovely but not quite as tasty as before”

“Amazing! I use them when bikepacking. Far better than the adventure foods you get and above all more nutritious. Easy to store and prepare. Heats on a camping stove brilliantly. “Just tried the spaghetti bolognese flavoured meal which was inedible ! The flavour was ok but it was so really chewy. I couldn’t eat it! Feeling very disappointed with the meal packets as the 3 I’ve tried have all been inedible. Only eating the meal bars at the moment which is boring!!”

“I love the fact that you can plan your calorie intake using the data provided on each of the packets of food. The breakfast cereals are much nicer than I anticipated. I'm not so keen on the dried pasta meals or the soups, but the packaged evening meals are really tasty and I can rely on the portion control. I add fresh vegetables to these and am happy that I know what I am eating. Overall I am very satisfied and also the delivery is very very quick which is very important when you want to start a new diet!”

“I mean I ordered the caramel shake but I found it hard to go down, Uber creamy and was quite chunky in parts despite a good shaking beforehand. Will try another kind I think.”
