“Soups are delicious not tried other products yet but they fill you up”

“Can't fault the delivery very fast once I had made my mind up to start the diet I wanted to get started quickly. Shakes and bars are lovely really good taste. The noodles and soups I don't personally like but would recommend anyone to try them. The diet as a whole is perfect for me as you don't have to worry about calorie counting etc. I'm concentrating on what I'm going to do as a slimmer happier me.”

“The strawberry and yogurt bars: The internal silver wrapping rips and sticks to the top of the bar when you unwrap so you have to spend time picking and peeling it off and getting your fingers all sticky”

“The calorie content is good but the portions are on the small side compared to some other brand's so don't fill you up for long. My favourite so far is the choc mint shake and curry noodle soup,..”

“Delivery came amazingly fast! I’ve reordered from Shake That Weight because it gives the best selection of products. The dried noodle lunches are tasty and the ingredients in the pouches taste fantastic and nutritious. I love the dark chocolate bars!! This diet is easy to follow, leaves me feeling satisfied and above all, it works!!”

“I have been on these products for several weeks now and can say they definitely work. I like the fact that you can chose your own products without having to buy them via a representative. I have mainly bought shakes, soups/pasta and bars and have found them all to be full of flavour. Really impressed with the speed in which the products are sent out.”

“Tasty products and easy to make. I have lost 7kg in 7 weeks. My favourites are the spaghetti bolognese, choc caramel muesli and the muesli and white chocolate bars. I would still eat the choc caramel muesli for breakfast, even if I wasn't trying to lose weight! My order always arrives very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.”
