“The shakes are alright (personal preference) but I prefer the meal replacement bars. They are good value for money and you feel full for a while after eating one.”

“Tasty products and easy to make. I have lost 7kg in 7 weeks. My favourites are the spaghetti bolognese, choc caramel muesli and the muesli and white chocolate bars. I would still eat the choc caramel muesli for breakfast, even if I wasn't trying to lose weight! My order always arrives very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.”

“Hi we are currently using another brand of bars but decided to try some from shake that weight bars that were 50% off bars are excellent flavours and taste nice my only disappointment is the company we normally use always has 100 bars for £109 And yours have limited flavours at the bigger discounts But in saying that would try more from this site when available at the bigger discounts Regards Chris”

“orderd the strawberry and yoghurt protein bars, seen that they were on offer so bought them, and when I received them I tried one they were really hard and tasted not very nice at all, and looked at the date and the expiry date was up on them, Not happy shall be contacting 'shake the weight' for a refund!”

“Amazing and delicious choices of food. I enjoy having the dark chocolate bars, the vanilla shakes, which are so creamy and smooth. I also enjoy meals like the vegetable soup, spaghetti bolognese and a variety of meals. They are so tasty and wholesome.”
