“Getting into it I was doing sole source lost 7.5 ilbs But have decided to do it Tuesday Thursday Saturday instead and eat sensibly the other days would of liked more information in the pack”

“Great products. Love the Pumpkin seed and Honey bar, shakes are easy to mix and no lumps. Fave shakes are Banana and Cafe Latte. Noodles fab too - faves are chilli and chicken curry. And 7lb down in first week! Very happy.”

“Have been using the shakes for about 6 months now and have currently lost 5 and a half stone. I find most of the shakes really tasty and crucially they are also filling, so I rarely feel hungry. There is great support via a Facebook group. They also do a range of "soups" which are also in Shake form, I tend to have 2 sweet and 1 soup per day, with a large portion of vegetables. This diet can be done in several different forms depending on your objectives and your starting weight and the company also do diet meals as well, though I have not tried these as I am on 100% shakes. A quick work on the price, it isn't cheap, but is significantly cheaper if you order over a certain amount. I order 8 weeks at a time and that saves £50 and drops the price to around £20 a week, which is not bad as I am replacing all normal meals”

“Cant get over how all the packs taste. It's really weird. Powder flavour shakes. Weird soup and the noodles 🤮🤮🤮 such a shame I now have over £120 worth. Gutted.”
