“Whilst the shakes and bars are tasty, they are quite expensive.”

“Great service... Fast delivery... Bigger range than other replacement diets.. most important, I'm dietetic was on another diet that "apparently" is ok for type 2 diabetes.. not sure I'm allowed to mention there name 1:1 Cambridge diet. It MASSIVELY skyrocket me blood sugars, so much so they were going to increase my Metformin. Many of the shakes are upto 22,g of sugar. Ridiculous amount.. Been in the "shake that weight" my bloods are constantly below 5.6.. and I'm loosing 4-6ib a week.”

“I really like the shakes. The shakes are really tasty, especially the banana, strawberry and mint choc. The noodles I struggled with being completely honest. The smell of the chicken and vegetable was a bit off-putting but I ate them. The chicken curry (I think they were) were a little more palatable.”

“Great! Easy to use and all the products I've tried so far have been tasty and filling: bars, shakes, spaghetti Bolognese, premium meals. 3 products a day, entirely my choice which 3, plus a low cal meal I prepare (or use a premium meal) Easy!”

“Unfortunately I cannot review something I didn’t receive. The courier said it was, I said it wasn’t anywhere when I got home. £80 later no plan and still fat so upset.”

“Most products are great especially the protein crisps, loads of flavour. Most meals are really nice and filling. My favs are spag Bol, beef noodles, curry chicken noodles and the tikka.”

“Nearly a week in and I’m extremely impressed with all the products I’ve had so far. All of the shakes have been delicious but my absolute favourite has been the butternut squash tagine - it did not taste like diet food at all. Thank you for the easy journey (and so little mess!).”

“I have tried all the shakes and they all are very tasty. I am taking 5 shakes a day and have done so for a week now, I have been losing about 1 pound a day in weight. I will be trying the meals soon. I would recommend shake that weight to anybody how is serious about losing weight.”
