“I use the savory and sweet shakes for my low carb diet. I only make them with hot water and use an electric whisk for to not have lumps. Taste's fine.”

“Having done Lighterlife a few years ago Shake That Weight for me is so much better because of the choices of shakes etc but more so the microwave meals. These are so tasty & nourishing I don't even think I'm on a diet when having one of these.Everything from ordering to delivery is so easy.My husband decided to do this also being on it together is a bonus.Thankyou so much.”

“The shakes are lovely but the rest are tiny meals taste sweet and awful. I ordered 4 weeks and don't think I can continue so need a refund if possible. Not good”

“Just wanted to say a big ‘Thank You’ to Shake That Weight in helping me get rid of my Type 2 diabetes back in 2015 and I’m still free from it now 3+ years later. I found the shakes to be just perfect in nutrition which kept me going in the 10 weeks it took me to get rid of the diabetes. 600-700 calories and 3 litres of water per day consisting of shake for breakfast and lunch and bowl of salad and homemade soup for tea. Sorted. Once again many Thanks. Mark S”
