“Just revised my diet, Type 2 Diabetic, previously got weight down from 98 kg to 89 kg, got slack during lockdown, plenty of exercise, Golf (4.5 miles/round) Walking dog, 6-7 miles. Hope this will regain some ground, was on Lipotrim, this is much better, variety of textures, love the Chicken Curry and brown rice. Just sent for thr taster pack. Excellent job guys.”

“I have found the weight loss results good if you can stick with it. Once I stopped the weight came back. I have tried the shakes which need to me mixed in a blender otherwise they are lumpy. Adding fruit with them makes them really luxurious. The packet soups are ok .The sachet meals I didn't like the taste of . The microwave meals are nice but expensive and are small portions. I have tried the fat burning juices but I didn't like them and they were very expensive.”

“The variety and cost is just as good, if not better than the other VLCD out there. The water flavourings are definitely better than any of the others and they have a good range of snacks/crisps, which the other providers fall behind on. Finally, whoever is running their email programme is excellent, gets the timing, tone and helpfulness of their emails absolutely right. I'm really impressed.”

“I've been using Shake That Weight for 4 days now and I've already lost half a stone. It's always been a challenge finding diets that are easy to stick to, however, this one is something I will be continuing on with! The Shakes are delicious, the meals are very filling and I 100% recommend these products. True to their word of next day delivery too!”

“I'm absolutely delighted with the service ive received from shake that weight really good service always on Time even though this challenging time thank you so much and the products are so nice and diet is do easy to follow ive ordered a few times and I'm definitely achieving my goal love the fact you can keep track on how much you are losing definitely gives me the incentive”
