“I’ve only tried the shakes and I have four shakes a day. I opted for the following four flavours: Chocolate, vanilla, strawberry and banana. The powder mixes with the cold milk really well, however they seemed to split/curdle when mixed with hot milk. They are also a bit too sweet for my taste. I am trying to lose weight and have been having four shakes a day and have lost 4 lbs over a 14 days”

“Being a diabetic it really seems too be helping with all my readings doctors said all my tests have come back and everything heading in the right direction so am well happy”

“Love the shakes have had them before prescribed from the doctor lost 1&1/2 stones with them have a little weight back on from Christmas so I decided to use them again as they are so easy to use and taste very nice!”

“I ate the Noodles with veggies the other night. It was the most awful thing I have ever eaten. Made me feel sick so I threw away the other four meals that I had bought. It’s not for me,”

“I find the products very good and tasty. I’m always working so there handy. I noticed weight off few days later. If you find anything wrong the customer service is great and they deal with everything fast. I definitely think it’s worth a try. I just find delivery alittle slow.”

“Amazing range of easy low calorie, high protein foods. Really helping my diet efforts. Savoury meal replacements as well as the usual shakes which are really handy and help to reduce appetite. I love the collagen wafers as a snack in particular but the meal replacement bars are also really good. If you need some help losing weight Shake that Weight is worth a look; lots of choice. I will be repeat buying some items and wanting to try some others as well which helps keep the interest up. I think the ready meals look really good as well as the different soup flavours for the winter. Prices are reasonable too!”
