“I’ve been on the Shake that Weight Woman no meal plan for a week and a half and already lost a stone! The shakes are all delicious and very filling. My favourites are cafe latte & hazelnut. The meals are also surprisingly filling and the flavours are all pretty good, overall I think the noodles are the best but they’re all tasty. I had a problem initially when my order was incorrect but the response to this was fantastic and it was rectified within 48 hours (including the redelivery) so customers we service is also great. Overall a fantastic experience so far. I definitely recommend (and have been doing to friends).”

“found all the meals and snacks very good , haven’t tried the shakes yet but will be ordering some soon . Very fast delivery and well packed have lost a stone so far a very satisfied customer .”

“I like the taste as it is better the one of other shake I use previously. I like the choice of different options eg white chocolate. However I find shake diet boring. I tried the oatmeal breakfast I like it though I dont like oatmeal or porridge.”

“I ensured I had some taster packs before ordering a lot of product for a reversal of T2 diabetes style diet. I had used STW 7 years previously with enormous success, but lockdown had seen me gain substantial weight. The package arrived and I started the diet 7 days ago; it's going slowly but well (after all, I have rather a lot of weight to lose so it's tough to see at this early stage and I am not weighing myself). My favourite shakes are vanilla, chocolate, cafe latte and mint choc which tastes like a mint choc chip ice-cream! Have just reordered more product which is arriving soon. Thanks Shake that Weight. :)”

“I started my diet at the beginning of May using lighterlife, which I found were very expensive and the very few products I liked were always out of stock. Since changing to shake that weight, I have many more products that I like to have a variety of meals throughout the week and the prices and discounts are very helpful to continue on this journey.”

“Great Company Shake That Weight, Great products and Reasonable Prices Super Fast Delivery for £1-50 extra with DPD given 1 hour slot so no delays , Fantastic Group Support on their Forum and this really works when followed on plan”

“Excellent meal replacement soups with lower carb content than Cambridge soups so they fit well in a low carb eating regime. Easy to mix and certainly leave you satisfied. More choice of flavours would be helpful.”

“After this awful lockdown I had put on quite a bit of weight, as a pre diabetic I have to be careful, so after dressing in kaftans for months. , I though enough! I sent for some shakes and bars to see how I got on and Lo and behold! The new me is energised, moving and my attitude to life has changed. Can’t thank you enough. “Very impressed with the Shake That Weight Experience so far. Delivery was next day and well packaged. I am used to doing Lipotrim but my local chemist no longer sells it. I found this product as an alternative and decided to try it after reading up on it. The shakes are a little sweet, but getting used to them and they are filling. Only on Day 4 so getting over the worst days for me which are 3 and 4 and my clothes feel much better already, which is a good incentive (all shake plan) so feeling quite positive so far.”

“I am so pleased I gave this a chance . Always skeptical about shake diets, but this has been amazing SF o far in 6 days I’m down 7 pound :-) my actual weigh day is tomorrow . The shakes are gorgeous I mix all mine with ice to make them thicker an they definitely fill me up . Great way to retrain my spoilt brain Thank you 😊”

“Love the products and have like many others lost weight on the plan. I feel like a traitor as I have had to source Zippers from another supplier as when I called was told not sure when you would be getting them back in stock.”
