“Have slipped during lock down but now getting back to losing weight. Only replace one meal a day but the shake keeps me going. Am losing 1lb every 10 days or so, but that is what I want. Love the flavours”

“The website is clear and easy to move around. Ordering products is easy - 1 small gripe that I am ordering for my husband and I, useful if I could enter products for each under the same order and give the products an identifier as we never remember who ordered what! Products are good, tasty and filling. Prices reasonable, guidance booklet good.”

“Firstly, very quick delivery. I’m still trying out the range of products, some I’ve liked and some I haven’t. The strawberry shake is nice and the chicken soup is ok, but the chicken vegetable noodle thing - the smell got me before I even tasted it. I’ll be placing another order next week to try out some other bits but all in all I can’t complain!”

“Hi, I ve just started the shake that weight meals. It is too early to say a lot. I am happy until now and there is a variety of products for all preferences. The only negative until now is the delivery costs as I am in Greece and I paid 21 pounds for an order of 145 pounds. I think it is too expensive.”

“Ordering was easy and delivery was very quick. The shakes and bars are a bit over sweet for my taste - they also leave a slightly bitter aftertaste. I assume that’s the artificial sweetener used. But otherwise they taste ok (best when blended with ice and a bit of espresso coffee!). I’m not feeling particularly hungry which is great and do seem to be losing weight (only started 3 days ago) so fingers crossed.”

“I'm only on week 1 but finding it really easy. I'm just having 4 shakes a day and so far on day 6 i've lost 9lb. The shakes are really nice and I don't feel at all hungry. I haven't tried any of the other products and probably won't. Its a psychological thing for me if I eat I'll eat things I shouldn't so I'm sticking to the shakes and not eating anything. First few days had a slight headache but that's gone now and I feel great!! Very good support network on facebook too which helps to keep you motivated. Price wise if you buy in bulk as I did it works out at £4 a day which I think is amazing. Try it you've got nothing to lose except those unwanted pounds!!!”
