“I don't have a consultant to contact me directly, I am not sure how do you work. I was on the similar diet before, so I pretty much know how does it work. But maybe there is something I have to know. Also in the box I received there is no list with the products listed. I had to print one and check is everything correct. Otherwise I do like the stuff and I hope there will be a good result. Kind regards.”

“It’s just brilliant, only just got going a couple of weeks ago but now it’s easy to continue. The food is great and I already feel more energetic. I will complete a review on the food when I’m more familiar with the different main dishes. Love the shakes and have half a snack in the am and the rest pm.and don’t feel hungry. Thank you.”

“I shared a trial pack with my wife who is a regular Herbalife user. I thought the shakes tasted quite good but she preferred the Herbalife saying ‘they were to sweet’ (so she said) I tried a little of hers and preferred the Shake my weight shakes if I am being honest. I was quite disappointed with the lunch packets, they tasted ok but there was hardly any in my bowl after I added the hot water and microwaved. As far as value for money this about the same as Herbalife or Slimfast. I would like if you had a trial pack with the protein meals to let me try a few before going on a monthly or bimonthly plan commitment to see if I like these.”

“Their shakes and bars are absolutely love especially the peanut bar and crispy caramel bar, the shakes are really nice too especially the chocalate one. I find that their products are value for money as well as enjoyable”

“I'm on my second week and decided to go with 3 shakes a day and one cereal bar. I dont have any major cravings and my huge appetite has definitely been suppressed. I'm feeling determined but this does take will power. I lost 8.5lb in my first week and I'm satisfied with that loss.”

“Just started my six weeks TFRD. I ordered the packs and they arrived with two days and the wide selection of products makes it easy to choose what you want. I would suggest the water additives, it’s easier to drink the amount of water you need to consume. I’m on about 6 pints a day. First week and feeling OK lost over a stone in weight already.”

“Some of the dried meals smell & taste quite unpleasant. The shakes are delish and of the premium meals I have tried I have enjoyed, with the addition of fresh veg. As with all VLCD's it is difficult to adjust but there are plenty of choices for sweet/savoury to plan your daily nutrition. The snacks are also tasty but a little expensive for what they are.”

“Always good service from STW. Limited range of products & stock can be ‘patchy’. I enjoy the bars and some of the ready meals. I don’t purchase the shakes. I always note the calorific value of those & some of the savoury snacks. as some products are quite high & not suitable for me remaining in ketosis based on daily carb allowance. Generally good company for purchasing low carb products from, for a bit of variety.”

“The product itself is great its just the delivery you pay extra to think you will have the next batch in time then DPD dont deliver..stick with normal delivery you'll probably have it sooner”

“I'm used to a shake for my breakfast but thought i'd mix it up abit and try something different. Can honestly say the white chocolate and raspberry is delicious, like drinking a normal milkshake but without the guilt! Would definitely recommend.”

“Bought the taster pack of these to see how they were, the shakes are absolutely gorgeous! The creamy ham and mushroom soup I had to add more water to as it was very creamy and the chicken noodle dish was alright. dishes overall were nice and so im looking at continuing with these. delivery was next day with a detailed plan guide. cant fault them.”
