“I absolutely love this plan! It is far more suited to an active lifestyle than the 1-1 ( Cambridge Weight Plan). Following the woman with a meal, I have lost 10 1bs in less than a month! I can still exercise and cycle, which is not advised on other VLCDs, and am rediscovering how to eat clean! I’m a super fan!”

“Fantastic company, brilliant customer service and the products are really tasty . The only one I cannot get in with is the porridge, I think because I love everyday porridge I find this very unpalatable. If you don’t normally eat it you may find it to your taste . Overall the best VLCD Range I have tried and I have tried a few.”

“The products taste good and there is plenty of choice. Being able to have a meal if I choose makes a big difference. I mix the shakes and bars and do not get bored. Very good value”

“Excellent shakes, bars and meals, making losing weight so much easier. I also have Diverticula (bowel disease) which is controlled with all the products. It really doesn’t feel like your on a diet, the bars feel like your having a treat”

“I only have positive things to say! I have almost shed 4 stone with this product since my son was born 3 1/2 months ago! I’m never hungry! I can still sit at the dinner table with the meal options, which is great for family time, I can have shakes on the go and everything is super yummy! Not to mention so much cheaper than doing a food shop for myself and having to think of healthy recipes, this diet removes all the stress, thinking and preparing - it’s all done for you! If you want to lose weight and feel better about yourself, please, please trust me and just go for it! You will NOT regret it!!!!”

“These are the tastiest shakes I’ve tried. They’re also the smoothest. I get vanilla and mix it with coffee and it’s delicious. And, most importantly, they work! The fee booklet is very helpful. Delivery was amazingly quick.”
