“I ordered my pack over the weekend & online it states delivery is Tuesday. Didn't get it till Wednesday afternoon so couldn't start it till Thursday (after setting myself up all weekend to start Wednesday). Shakes ok & Tomato soup was nice although it all tastes very powdery which I understand. Also, I filled in the 'contact us' sheet on the website on Thursday/Friday as I had a query & although I received an acknowledgement straight away I still haven't had a reply. Logging in 2day though I notice the whole website has had a revamp so that might be why.”

Really sorry but not had a message from you so could you please contact us again. Regarding the delivery, you ordered on Sunday and choose 48 hr delivery. We dispatch weekend orders to Royal mail on Mondays which is why your order was delivered on Wednesday.

Thank you for your review. Can you check that you are following your chosen plan correctly. Everyone is different and although there is no set expected weight loss, this seems rather low. I see that you only purchased 2 weeks worth of products in July so maybe you are just using them for occasional calorie reduction or weight maintenance? If you would like any advice, please get in touch.

“Vanilla, banana, strawberry & chocolate shakes are all really tasty. I've tried Atkins, Slimfast & Asda's own shakes and STW are all much better tasting. The hazelnut was pleasant but I found the hazelnut taste a little difficult to detect. I particularly chose STW as the protein and carb content are balanced. The very low carb content in Atkins left me permanently feeling I was on the verge of fainting. The high carbs in Slim Fast made me constantly crazily hungry. STW are balanced so there's the benefit of low carb without the shaky, dizzy feeling. They are not as filling as other shakes I have tried so some days are more challenging than others.”

“I got completely put off using the products when the hazelnut shake kept going off and tasting awful. i sent it back several times and it was agreed it tasted bad but the next lot did the same. i have only just started to purchase again. love all the others and the porridge and chicken soup.”

“Overall the diet is very good. The bars were really nice so were the shakes, but the porridge and soup i couldnt eat they did not taste nice at all. I didnt find they kept me felling full either but well managed and stuck to it would work very well”

“Excellent prompt delivery as stated. I believe the taste has changed and I'm not sure I'm liking it at the moment. It has a strong taste of UHT milk, which i personally detest. However am persevering by mixing the vanilla with coffee. So far I have had a 4lb weight loss in 5 days.”

Thank you, nothing at all has changed with our products. You can however find that as you deplete your body of all of those nasty Carbs, your taste buds will change which could explain your taste change experience. (there's no uht milk in our products) Good luck with the rest of your weight loss journey.

“Only started less than a week ago, and feel like I've lost weight already so looking forward to jumping on the scales on Thursday. Really enjoying the shakes, haven't tried the other products as yet but I'm sure when I re-order I will try some. Over all very nice.”
