“Very quick weight loss, good choice of tasty products and very easy to stuck too, however I would definitely say that this sort of weight loss is great for an event that's coming up but not long term as you out weight back on super quick when you stop.”

“Hi I have not tried any other vlcd. However these seem much better value than others on the market. I find the noodles very tasty. I really like the lemony yoghurt bar also. The delivery service is excellent. Only one minor complaint is that I did send customer service a question, but never received a reply. Overall good. I have lost a stone in 10 days!”

“Every time I've ordered I've had problems with dpd delivering to the wrong house so this time I arranged to pick the delivery up from Halfords. Clearly states delivery would be Saturday but the parcel didn't arrive at Halfords until monday. Shakes are really nice and mix well unlike other makes that taste powdery.”

“The shakes are great for losing weight. My husband lost quite a bit. However I do the ordering from the website and I don't find that the changes that you have made very easy to simply order shakes. Its seems to take longer to do it these days.”

Sorry to hear that. if you just click on the shakes image on the left hand side where it says (filter options) all of the shakes are there as previously.

“I started doing the STW diet in May last year and within approx 4 Months had lost approx 3 1/2 stone. The shakes and bars are all great tasting, the ordering is very easy and delivery is usually next day. Very happy.”

“I love shake that weight. In less than a week I have gone down a dress size. The milk shakes and the bars are amazing. I'm not sure about the soups and the noodles...but that's purely down to personal taste. The milk shakes are out of this world though! So yummy and filling.”

“I have tried other shake diets, and they just taste powdery and bland, so I have given up quite quickly. These shakes though taste great, and for the first time I am enjoying them. The noodles, meal bars, and ready meals are also nice, though I didn't like the porridge. I have added other snacks to the day, like an apple or pear, when I do feel really hungry' but it hasn't happened often. Have only been on the diet 4 days, but I have lost 2kgs already! So I am well happy.”

“Delivery was good and the actual product is working really well, it doesn't leave me feeling hungry. However I received 3 of the wrong type of ready meal with my order, which I wouldn't have had a problem with if offered a replacement or partial refund. I would normally have just gone with it but I dont like what I have been sent. I emailed and also submitted a form from the contact section on the website and I have not received any type of reply. This is why I have rated the customer service poor and leaves me reluctant to order from here again”

We are very proud of our companies excellent customer service team who always respond to all messages received.They are also available to chat to on the phone or a message can be left on our answer machine and your call will be returned. If you would like us to arrange collection and replacement of the incorrect meals received please let me know and I will be happy to do that for you.

“Only tried the shake - its good but quite sweet, chicken noodles - very tasty highly recommended, tomato basil soup - not nice or maybe not my cup of tea.”

“The shakes are really good and taste really nice. They are also very filling. The meals are absolutely terrible. The beef medallions were inedible which is a real shame but I think it would be healthier to just make an actual beef and vegetables myself from scratch so this is probably no bad thing in the long run.”

“The customer service was very good but I am disappointed with the product as it contains milk and I must have a dairy free diet. The search on Google brought your company up as one that provides non dairy goods.”
