“Ordering process is nice and easy and the buddle options are good. Only a few products in so far but they taste nicer than others on the market. When the order was received I did notice I was missing 6 bars (all one flavor) but when I emailed and said this, the service was great and the missing bars were received within a few days (was over a bank holiday weekend),”

“Ive been on stw 6 days and lost 7 pound already had headaches for 2 days but they passed have 3 sachets and a meal and dont feel hungry, absolutly made up with myself.”

“Powders all taste good and mix really well. I find the process easy, and they keep me feeling full. The soups are fine. I am struggling with the noodles. Taste is ok, but really don't like the texture.”

“I first used Shakethatweight three years ago and lost three stone over three months. I return to the program a couple of times a year now, usually to shift a little weight I've gained after Christmas and before the summer holidays to be more confident in my bikini. If you stick with it it really works! I've found the service great, I have had a couple of problems occur but as soon as I have phoned up they have been dealt with immediately in a friendly manner. My only niggle would be the website. It seems to be being constantly changed and, to my mind, not for the better. Each time there are problems (one example only is that with this latest change it confused my target weight for my starting weight). Sometimes simplicity is better than all the bells and whistles - just like the diet!!”

“Shakes are good but a little bit to sweet for me. Soups are perfect. All are very consistent and you dont feel hungry at all. Overall are very good products with very good taste”

“I love the products, especially the noodles and the shakes. They are delivered very quickly. This is the only diet where I have lost weight every week. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is due to the Facebook support group and how judgemental some of the people are in there, but other than that, fantastic diet.”

“This is my second order from shake that weight. Both times the shakes and porridges have arrived burst, I thought it was just a mis hap in the delivery the first time but the second order made me question how they are packed.”

“This is our first day on the plan. The latte milkshake was perfectly ok but the beef and chicken and veg noodles are delicious! I was so pleased as was concerned might be a bit powdery but really tasty. The choc bar good too. Definitely impressed so far and excellent price, fast delivery, Yay!”

“This has been my first week on these shakes. I have lost 5lb in 5 days.I haven't tried any of the other products as yet. But the shakes are very tasty, no after taste and they make me feel full. I make mine in a blender with some crushed ice. This makes the shakes nice and thick. Will definitely be buying more of these.”

Thank you. The prices haven't changed since your last order, it seems that this time you ordered more of the meal replacement chocolate bars which are more expensive than the sachets which will account for the difference in price. You still received the discount for quantity on this order.

“Shake the weight priducts are great substitutes for meal replacement. There's no calorie counting or portion control problems to deal with. It's worth trying a variety of milkshakes, some I love but some I definitely don't! It's a case of finding what suits you.”

“Its been 6 days and i have already lost 2 kilogram which is a big bonus, really enjoy all the Shakes and the bars,the mushroom soup,porridge. The noodles and Tomato soup was disgusting.i was hoping that they could offer vegetarian noodles.”

“I was looking for a very simple diet to follow as found such diets as weight watchers and slimming world gave me to many options and I spend more time second guessing myself and would give up out of sheer frustration, I also work in healthcare and have a very busy job and don't get any time to eat whilst at work, so the diet fits my life and work style, and I've yielded positive results last year i lost 3 stone, and I felt amazing! so it's worth the money, The first few days to a week are a hard as you might feel headaches and lethargic but that will pass! and you will be bristling with energy!”
