“I am very happy. The food is reasonable flavour and the milk shakes are surprisingly fulling. I haven't weighed myself yet (was only do a week) but after 6 days am feeling so good and less bloated. will definitely try again.”

“Bought a mixture of goods , everything tastes lovely, coping very well and feeling full until about 4pm then I'm starving and can't stick to the diet. I do walk a lot and obviously not eating enough so I'm to have to perhaps have an extra shake and add a mixed salad at dinner, it's only the first week so have to play with it a bit I think.”

Thank you. Are you having 3 products + a meal? Try to space them out evenly, one for breakfast, one early lunch and one mid afternoon followed by your healthy 400 cal evening meal.Our products unlike some on the market are lower in calories which allows you to have 3 not 2 plus a meal. This should help to prevent afternoon hunger pangs.

“I'm using these as part of the diet described by Newcastle University to reverse or reduce diabetes. Website as follows: http://www.ncl.ac.uk/magres/research/diabetes/reversal.htm I did this a couple of years ago and dropped from 17 stone to 13 in eight weeks. It was tough going, but I reduced my medication needs by 75%. Unfortunately I've slipped in the past couple of years and am having to go through it again. Of the 7 available shakes, I'm not overly keen on three (vanilla, hazelnut and caramel), though I realise this is a personal taste. It is worth getting a small trial pack to figure out your own preferences though. Four flavours doesn't leave a lot of variety, but I've been experimenting with mixing them, and drinking them hot in some cases. Banana/chocolate works well, as does chocolate/cafe latte. The coffee and coffee/chocolate mixes are tasty both as hot or as cold. Delivery is exceptionally good. You're given information on a one hour slot within which the delivery will be made, and can even link to a map showing you where the driver is and how many deliveries he/she has before getting to you. You also have the option to contact the driver on the move and give additional information. Quite superb, and I hope Shake that Weight keep using them. Ordering and paying is straightforward, and the sachets seem to be reasonable value for money. I'm not in a position to judge this, but they do seem to be competitive, and in many cases cheaper, than other brands. The packaging is simple and effective, shows the calorie content for each sachet, easy to distinguish between the different flavours through colour code, and I believe kept cheap to help keep the price down. I haven't had cause to use the customer service, but gave it a good rating as being what I'd expect from this company. Lots of information available on the website, and so far have been happy with the service I've received. No I don't have shares in teh company, but that might be a good idea :)”

“Great service, good results. Only gripe is that the shakes are way too sickly sweet and we can only bear to drink them if icy cold. Please please please produce an alternative less sweet version for more mature palates.”

“Excellent products. Good variety. Also several diet plans which are useful. Have had several orders. Each has had items missing, which have been quickly sent to me after I contacted customer services. For this reason I felt very uncomfortable emailing customer services about missing items with last order. I felt like a serial complainer. Apparently customer services thought that too, as the response was that I should check again as the items had been scanned and dispatched. I did check again, some of the muesli bars were flattened and had melted chocolate, there was slight damage to the package but the weather had been hot, so perhaps parcel had been damaged in transit, but the items I had reported missing were not in the box. Disappointed with customer service response. Didn't bother contacting them again.”
