“There were missing shakes, unlabeled snacks, the taste is worse then Cambridge diet, it's not as thick and I don't feel fulfilled as I did with other shakes. Most of the flavors taste the same.”

“Love these shakes! Have tried strawberry, vanilla,cherry Bakewell,lemon cheesecake and choc hazelnut. I mix all mine with fridge cold water,even the ones that aren't just for mixing with water and they come out thick,creamy,no gritty bits and delicious! Gorgeous flavours, gorgeous shakes.”

“I am an elderly chap living alone, I like all the meals so far, I tend to eat them on a bed of greens, cabbage at al. I love them because I can eat 'proper ' food that tastes good and is readily prepared in less than ten minutes. There is the bonus that I will loose some weight.”

“I've been so impressed by the service and quality of STW. I'm personally just using the shakes initially and they are tasty and easy to make up. Cherry Bakewell is a personal favourite although Starwberry is my main go to. Highly recommended.”

“First time trying these. The meals in pouches are sloppy. They look mire like a chunky soup in a tin with less taste. Beef had a lot of fat/gristle. Other meals dont taste nice. The bars are a weird tasting chewy "chocolate". Soups are powdery and not creamy. Expensive when you can buy nutritional meals that taste good from other companies AND still lose the weight. WORST i have ever tried”

“Ordering was easy and came quickly. I have used company previously and know that it works if you work the programme Looking forward to starting and seeing the changes it worked before and got target weight. Haven’t had anything yet as it came 11:30am but will be starting at teatime today for next 12 weeks. Shakes, soups etc are tasty and of the past I felt satisfied and not hungry. Eating too much of the wrong things I’ve put 1 stone with 6 months so it’s got to come off and New You Plan is the way to do it.”

“The milkshakes are really good, i have them for breakfast and they keep me full all morning. My favourites are vanilla, banana and strawberry others I'm not so keen on but it's just a matter of personal taste.”
