“I have been using shake that weight for 1year now with a couple of breaks when on holiday. I have lost 7st ! I was 12st and gained weight 7st over 7months following my baby and some post partum medical conditions. I am back down to 12st and feel so much better for it. Most affordable meal replacement on the market with lots of variety in products. Highly recommend.”

“Can only review shakes & soups as that's my preference rather than meals & snacks. Having tried some of the fancy flavour shakes, the standard strawberry, vanilla, banana & chocolate are more to my taste as less sweet. Soups over winter have been a great & warming alternative to the shakes on colder days. 5 months in, replacing breakfast & lunch with either a shake or soup & with a considered dinner, I've maintained a healthy 2lb loss most weeks & am just about where I want to be. Very happy”

“I like the shakes not the cherry ones flavour to strong, and less snacks in there it said I will received 4 chocolate protein bar only received 2 for £104 it's to expensive not worth that amount of money other than that all good”

“Shakes are good. Porridge nice but the soups are tasteless and grossly overpriced. Better off buying a Tesco cuppa soup. Less carbs and about 1/10 the price.”

“The product that I really really like is the mixed berry yoghurt but they sell out of it really quickly. They have changed the contents it now has a something like a rice crispy in it which is not as nice”

“I am happy with the product but the price is too high. Few years back that price was £0.99 not sure that increase can be justified in any way.”

“Disappointed no longer selling my favourite - white choc and raspberry shake. Disappointed no longer selling individual shakes. I am wondering why its hard to find shakes on your website - -are you wishing to promote food substitutes instead? Not for me.”
