“The buying process is easy online and I can pay with Klarna which is useful just before pay day. The products taste really good. The bars are satisfying and the shakes are thick and without lumps with just a few shakes. The products also don’t give me an unpredictable tummy like some other meal replacements I have tried. I like being able to access good quality meal replacement products without having to go through a rep or a ‘consultant’, that way, I can use it as I wish without feeling like I’m letting someone down.”

“Website was a little confusing to use. I found an offer via social media but when I went back to the website later couldn't find the same offer. Some of the packs had leaked during transit. Would be better if there was an email sent when the parcel was dispatched, instead of it just randomly arriving. All my items do have a good shelf life so that's a positive.”

“I find this diet so satisfying I am never hungry on it. The products are so enjoyable especially the chocolate shake & chocolate Hazel nut. The snacks are all enjoyable as well so you can still have your treats & lose weight. Great fast Delivery once you order.”

“I’m giving this a 3 star due to the meals making me extremely sick. Shakes and bars no problem meals made me sick violently so. I did email customer service but they really didn’t/couldn’t help telling me to order a taster pack which I already had. I’m thinking it was just a bad batch but will only purchase shakes and bars going forward. Lesson learned I would recommend buying smaller packs instead of a big order to save being out of pocket like myself with almost half my order now having to be binned. Disappointing really. AVOID risotto and chicken and vegetable noodles these made me violently sick.”

“I started at 23.6 stone first week I was having shakes morning and lunch and one of the meals at tea time and biscuit at night with cup of tea I lost a stone in a week I kind of went of the meals so I'm having 3 shakes and my biscuit I've had 2 days that I've been sick then OK after being sick apart from that in finding it the easiest diet I've tried I'm weighing again on Sunday, The shakes themselves are very nice as are the biscuits, I'm determined to keep going I want to lose 5 stones or more but I'm off to a positive star and I will get there I'm sure just some days feel quite Hungary but it passes .”

“Really works and the weight stays off. Even when I have a few weeks break in between doing the diet only a couple of pounds go back on which gives me the insensitive to keep going. This is the best diet I have been on. Would highly recommend.”

“I ordered 28 day 800 cal shakes and bars. I have used this company before and am impressed with the quality, taste and value for money. I ordered quite a large cross section of products as it has been a while since I last used them. I like them all apart from the Omlette mix which I find resembles foam when eaten. Due to the calorie content and taste I think if I need eggs then I will eat two whole eggs for less calories but this is personal taste. I will tailor my next order to items I particularly love and look forward to more weight loss.”
